  • Remote Battery: The remote control does not include a battery. Please insert a compatible battery before use.
  • Voltage Matching: Always match the input voltage of the controller to the voltage requirements of your LED strip (e.g., do not use a 12V power supply for a 5V strip).
  • Signal Strength: For optimal music sync effects, ensure the microphone (mobile or onboard) is close to the music source.
  • Color Calibration: If the colors displayed on your LED strip do not match the selected colors (e.g., red appears green), use the app's calibration feature to adjust the RGB channel sequence.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Lights Not Turning On:
    • Check all power connections to ensure they are secure.
    • Verify the power adapter is functioning and providing the correct voltage.
    • Ensure the remote control has a working battery and the plastic tab is removed.
  • Remote Control Not Responding:
    • Ensure the remote is pointed directly at the IR receiver on the controller.
    • Check and replace the remote control battery if necessary.
    • Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the IR receiver.
  • App Not Connecting:
    • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
    • Make sure the controller is powered on.
    • Try restarting the app and/or power cycling the controller.
    • Ensure your smartphone's operating system meets the minimum requirements (iOS 10.0+, Android 4.4+).
  • Effects Appear Stuck or Lagging:
    • If the LED strip is long or has many LEDs, it might require additional power injection. Consider adding voltage to the LED strip at intervals to maintain consistent brightness and effects.
    • Ensure the power supply is sufficient for the total wattage of your LED strip.
  • Incorrect Colors Displayed:
    • Use the app's RGB channel sequence calibration feature (found under the "..." icon on the device's control page) to correct color discrepancies.

9. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and proper functioning of your LED music controller, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Keep Dry: Protect the controller from moisture and water. Do not expose it to rain or humid environments.
  • Clean Gently: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the controller and remote. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Operate and store the device within the recommended working temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.
  • Proper Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the controller in a cool, dry place.
