Setup

1. Charging the Device: Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided charging head and USB cable. Connect the charging head to a power outlet and the USB cable to the device's charging hole. The battery is 7.4V / 5000mAh and supports fast charging.
2. Inserting SIM Card (Optional): If 3G/4G network connectivity is required, locate the SIM slot and carefully insert a compatible SIM card. Ensure the device is powered off before inserting or removing the SIM card.
3. Loading Thermal Paper:
   • Open the paper warehouse cover.
   • Insert a 58mm thermal paper roll with a maximum diameter of 50mm, ensuring the paper feeds out from the top.
   • Close the paper warehouse cover, leaving a small portion of paper extending from the paper outlet.

4. Powering On/Off: Press and hold the Switch Button located on the side of the device until the screen turns on/off.
5. Initial Configuration: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial Android OS setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account login.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Android Operation: The device runs on Android 11 or 12. Navigate the interface using the 5.5-inch IPS capacitive touch screen. Standard Android gestures and navigation buttons (Back, Home, Menu) apply.
2. Connecting to Networks:
   • Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi to connect to available wireless networks.
   • Bluetooth: Go to Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth to pair with Bluetooth-enabled devices (e.g., external scanners).
   • 3G/4G: If a SIM card is inserted, ensure mobile data is enabled in Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network.
3. Printing Receipts: The device features an embedded 58mm thermal receipt printer. Use compatible Android POS applications (e.g., Loyverse POS) to generate and print receipts. The printer operates with low noise and high speed, requiring no ink cartridges or ribbons.
4. NFC Functionality: The device supports NFC (13.56MH, ISO/IEC 14443A/B, ISO15693 protocol) with a card reading distance of 4cm. This can be used for various NFC-based applications. Important Note: Financial cards are NOT supported for direct payment processing via NFC on this device.

5. Using the Camera: The 200W back camera with auto-focus and LED light can be used for scanning barcodes, QR codes, or taking pictures within compatible applications.
6. Installing Applications: Access the Google Play Store or other app stores to download and install business-specific applications, such as POS software, inventory management tools, or communication apps. The device is compatible with multi-industry small ticket editing applications.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device's exterior. For the screen, use a screen-specific cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Thermal Printer Care: Regularly check the paper warehouse for any paper jams or debris. Ensure only specified 58mm thermal paper is used. Do not attempt to lubricate the printer mechanism.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the device frequently. Charge the device using only the provided charger. The 5000mAh battery is non-removable.

Troubleshooting

• Device Not Powering On: Ensure the device is sufficiently charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on again.

  • Ensure there are no paper jams in the printer mechanism.

  • For 3G/4G, ensure the SIM card is properly inserted, mobile data is enabled, and you have an active data plan.
  • For Bluetooth, ensure the device you are trying to connect to is in pairing mode and within range.
• Touch Screen Unresponsive: Restart the device. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
