6. Setup

Charge the Device: Connect the provided Type-C USB charging cable to the device's charging port and a suitable USB power source (DC 5V 1A). The power indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 85 minutes.
Download the App: Search for the 'Bebird' app on your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android) and install it.
Power On: Remove the protective cap from the device. The smart magnetic switch will automatically turn on the device, indicated by a green circle light.
Connect to Wi-Fi: Open the Bebird app. Go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the Bebird device's Wi-Fi network (usually named 'bebird-XXXX'). Return to the app, and it should automatically connect to the device's camera feed.
Attach Accessories: Select the appropriate ear tip (silicone or stainless) or the pimple squeezing spoon and securely attach it to the device's tip. The threaded design ensures a secure fit.

7. Operating Instructions

7.1. Ear Cleaning Mode

Ensure the device is powered on and connected to the Bebird app.
Select the 'Ear Picker' mode within the app.
Gently insert the device into your ear canal, using the live video feed on your smartphone for guidance. The 6-axis smart gyroscope ensures a stable image.
Carefully use the attached ear tip to remove earwax. Avoid pushing earwax deeper into the canal.
The non-sensitive temperature control keeps the otoscope tip at approximately 25°C, while the main unit remains around 32°C (palm temperature), ensuring comfort.

7.2. Acne Squeezing Mode

Attach the stainless pimple squeezing spoon to the device.
Ensure the device is powered on and connected to the Bebird app.
Select the 'Acne-squeezing' mode within the app.

The Bebird T15 features an IP67 water/dust/fog-proof lens, making it easy to clean.

Device not turning on:: Ensure the device is fully charged. The smart magnetic switch activates when the cap is removed; check if the green indicator light is on.
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi:: Make sure the device is powered on. Go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and select the 'bebird-XXXX' network. If connection fails, try restarting both the device and your phone.
Poor image quality or lag:: Ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection. Clean the camera lens thoroughly. The device features an upgraded Wi-Fi chip for stronger signal penetration and zero delay within 5 meters.
Ear tip or acne tool feels loose:: Ensure the threaded ear tip or acne tool is properly turned and tightened. The exclusive developed threaded ear tip design prevents it from falling off during use.
