7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| Speaker does not turn on. | Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source using the USB cable. |
| Cannot pair via Bluetooth. | Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED). Make sure your device's Bluetooth is on and within 10m range. Forget previous pairings on your device and try again. |
| No sound. | Check volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct mode (Bluetooth, TF, USB, AUX) is selected. |
| FM radio reception is poor. | Ensure the USB cable is connected, as it acts as an antenna. Try moving the speaker to a different location. |
| TWS pairing fails. | Ensure both speakers are not connected to any other Bluetooth device. Try repeating the TWS pairing steps. |
8. User Tips
- Material: The speaker is primarily made of plastic, not metal, which contributes to its lightweight and portable design.
- Speaker Configuration: The unit features two loudspeaker enclosures, providing a stereo sound experience.
- Charging Voltage: The speaker charges via a standard 5V USB power source. Do not attempt to connect it directly to higher voltage outlets (e.g., 220V) without a proper adapter, as this can damage the device.
- USB Cable Functionality: The included USB cable serves a dual purpose: it charges the speaker and also functions as the AUX audio input cable.
