2. Safety Information
- Only connect cables if you have a foundational understanding of electronic and electrical engineering.
- Ensure the device is reliably grounded to prevent the risk of electrical leakage.
- Do not remove the shell of the power supply unit (PSU) for heat dissipation. This can lead to insufficient cooling, overheating, and damage to components, voiding the warranty.
- When using an AC-DC converter or transformer as a power source, ensure a rectifier and filter are added. The DC output voltage without load should be lower than 65V. Power grid voltage fluctuations can cause high output voltage and damage the device.
- Avoid using electric bike chargers, second-hand power supplies, or modified power supplies, as their output can be unstable and may damage the device.
- When connecting inductive loads (e.g., motors), the maximum working current should not exceed 1/3 of the device's rated current range.
3. Package Contents
The contents of your package depend on the specific option purchased. A typical package for the RD6012P includes the main unit and an instruction card. For the S800 case, it includes the case itself along with internal cables and screws for assembly.

7. Maintenance
7.1 General Care
- Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Ensure proper ventilation, especially when operating at high power. The internal cooling fan will activate automatically when the output current exceeds 4A or the system temperature exceeds 50℃.
7.2 Fuse Replacement
The device includes a backup fuse. If the main fuse is blown due to incorrect operation, you can temporarily use the backup fuse by inserting it into the adjacent socket. Note that the backup fuse supports only 10A. For full output capability, it is recommended to remove the damaged fuse and solder a new, appropriate fuse in the original position.

8. Troubleshooting
- APP crashes on phone: Ensure your phone's operating system is compatible (Android 8.0+ or iOS 10.0-13.4). Download and test the app before purchasing if software functionality is critical.
- RD6012PW cannot connect to phone APP via WiFi:
- Verify the WiFi board is properly inserted.
- Confirm your WiFi network is 2.4GHz.
- Disable client isolation/AP isolation and WMM function on your router.
- Ensure location services and storage services are enabled for the app during installation.
- RD6012PW cannot connect to PC via WiFi: The WiFi connection to PC is a test function and may have poor compatibility with some computers. If you encounter issues, use the USB micro cable connection instead. This function is not guaranteed or technically supported.
- Case is slightly deformed: Minor deformation during shipping is possible. This can often be adjusted manually. If this is a concern, consider it before purchase.
- PSU has scratches: Cosmetic scratches on the PSU surface do not affect product performance.
- High-frequency noise from 800W65V PSU: This may occur when the PSU is powered on without a load. Adding a load resistor can improve this. If you are sensitive to noise, this PSU might not be suitable.
- Traces on the panel: Slight traces at the button holes are a result of the injection molding process and are not considered damage. They are usually only visible under specific lighting.
9. User Tips
- Always download the latest instruction manual and software from the official website, as products are continuously updated with new features and improvements.
- Before connecting any external power supply unit (PSU), use a multimeter to verify its output voltage is stable and matches the rated voltage to ensure it wasn't damaged during transit.
- When assembling the device into a case, follow the provided instructions carefully to ensure correct installation and prevent damage.
