1. Introduction

The BEAMNOVA 2500W High-Pressure Steam Cleaner is a powerful and versatile tool designed for deep cleaning and sanitization across various surfaces. Utilizing high-temperature, high-pressure steam, it effectively removes grease, grime, and stains without the need for harsh chemicals, making it an environmentally friendly cleaning solution. 2. Safety Instructions

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • It is strictly prohibited to aim the steam nozzle at people or animals during use.
  • Do not use the steam cleaner on items with a temperature resistance lower than 150℃ (302℉).
  • If any abnormality occurs during use, immediately stop the machine and pull out the power plug.
  • Always unplug the steam cleaner before filling or refilling the water tank.
  • Use an oven mitt or protective gloves if the cap is still hot when refilling.
  • Keep the appliance out of reach of children and pets.
  • Ensure the appliance is used in a well-ventilated area.
  • Never immerse the main unit in water or other liquids.
  • Do not overfill the water tank.
  • Exercise caution when handling hot steam and hot surfaces. The steam nozzle has a warning label: 'Caution High Temperature, Caution Scald'.

5. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Fill Water Tank: Ensure the steam cleaner is unplugged. Open the water tank cap (refer to image below) and fill the 1L tank with clean tap water. Do not overfill. Close the cap securely.
  3. Attach Hose: Connect the steam hose to the main unit by screwing it into the designated port.
  4. Select and Attach Nozzle/Brush: Choose the appropriate nozzle or brush attachment for your cleaning task. Attach it firmly to the end of the steam hose. For example, use the bend rod nozzle for hard-to-reach areas or a brush for scrubbing.
  5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (110V or 220V depending on your model).

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Flip the power switch to the 'ON' position. The indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Heating: The steam cleaner will begin heating. It typically takes about 10 seconds to reach the optimal working temperature of ≥105℃ (221℉) and 3 BAR pressure.
  3. Adjust Steam Output: Use the knob on the top of the unit to control the water inlet, which adjusts the steam water content. This allows you to customize the steam output for different cleaning tasks.
  4. Begin Cleaning: Direct the steam nozzle towards the surface to be cleaned. Press the trigger on the handle to release steam. Move the nozzle slowly over the area.
  5. Application Areas: This steam cleaner is suitable for a wide range of applications, including:
    • Kitchen: Range hoods, integrated stoves, ovens, cookware, sinks.
    • Bathroom: Toilets, tiles, grout.
    • Living Areas: Furniture, floors, windows.
    • Automotive: Car interiors, wheels.
    • Other: Air conditioners, laundry machines, general degreasing and disinfection.
  6. Power Off: Once cleaning is complete, flip the power switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit from the power outlet.
  7. Cool Down: Allow the unit to cool down completely before storing or performing any maintenance.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your steam cleaner.

  • Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Descaling: After approximately 10 hours of cumulative use, descaling is recommended to prevent mineral buildup. Mix spirit with water in a 1:5 ratio and run it through the machine as you would with water. Ensure proper ventilation during this process.
  • Nozzle and Brush Cleaning: Clean any residue from the nozzles and brushes after each use.
  • Storage: Store the steam cleaner in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from extreme temperatures.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Use Distilled Water: While tap water is generally acceptable, using distilled or demineralized water can help prevent mineral buildup and extend the life of your steam cleaner, especially in areas with hard water.
  • Ventilation: Ensure good ventilation when using the steam cleaner, especially in enclosed spaces, to dissipate moisture and heat.
  • Proper Attachment Use: Select the correct attachment for the job. The bend rod nozzle is excellent for tight corners, while brushes are effective for scrubbing grime.

10. Warranty and Support

Guaranteed Repair:

  • The product warranty period is one year from the date of manufacture.
  • During the warranty period, if a quality problem arises that is not caused by human damage, the manufacturer is responsible for free maintenance.
  • In cases of man-made damage during the warranty period, or for problems occurring beyond the warranty period, the user will be responsible for the cost of parts and freight for repairs.
