8. Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for common issues and their solutions:
| Symptom | Cause of Failure | Troubleshooting |
|---|---|---|
| Indicator lamp is not on after plugging in power | The plug has come loose | Secure the plug |
| The device is not powered on | The load capacity of the socket is too low | Replace the power strip with a higher load capacity |
| The spray gun does not spray or sprays little water, or the pressure is low | No water in the tank | Add water to the tank |
| The pipe is blocked | Wash with citric acid circularly | |
| The filter of the inlet pipe is blocked | Remove debris from the filter of the inlet pipe | |
| The water sprayed has no temperature or the temperature is too low and cannot be used for a long time | The heating element is too low | Turn up the heating gear and circulate water |
| The temperature of inlet water is too low | Spray water back into the inlet pipe | |
| No steam spraying when the steam mode is turned on, or the steam fluctuates, not stable | Device overheat protection | Stop to cool down before using again |
| The water is not clean | Change to clean tap water |

9. User Tips
- Test First: Always test the steam cleaner on an inconspicuous area of the surface you intend to clean to ensure compatibility and prevent damage.
- Pre-treat Stubborn Stains: For heavily soiled areas or stubborn stains, consider pre-treating with a suitable cleaner before steaming for better results.
- Use Distilled Water: While tap water is generally acceptable, using distilled or demineralized water can help prevent mineral buildup and extend the life of your steam cleaner, especially in areas with hard water.
- Ventilation: Ensure good ventilation when using the steam cleaner, especially in enclosed spaces, to dissipate moisture and heat.
- Proper Attachment Use: Select the correct attachment for the job. The bend rod nozzle is excellent for tight corners, while brushes are effective for scrubbing grime.
