8. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit does not turn on Power cable not connected; Power switch is OFF; No power from outlet. Ensure power cable is securely connected. Turn the main ON/OFF switch to ON. Check the power outlet with another appliance.
No ultrasonic action Ultrasonic power knob set to 0%; Timer not set. Adjust the POWER knob to a setting above 0%. Set the TIMER knob to a desired cleaning duration.
Poor cleaning results Insufficient water/solution level; Items not fully submerged; Incorrect cleaning time/power; Inappropriate cleaning solution. Ensure adequate liquid level. Make sure items are fully submerged. Increase cleaning time or ultrasonic power. Consider using a specialized ultrasonic cleaning solution. Ensure water temperature is appropriate (20-80°C).
Heating not working Heater knob not set; Heater indicator not lit. Turn the HEATER knob to the desired temperature. Ensure the heater indicator light is on.

9. User Tips

  • For heavily soiled items, pre-soaking them or using a suitable cleaning solution specifically designed for ultrasonic cleaners can significantly improve cleaning results.
  • Always use the provided cleaning basket. Placing items directly on the tank bottom can reduce cleaning efficiency and potentially damage the ultrasonic transducers over time.
  • Be cautious when cleaning delicate items such as pearls, certain gemstones, or items with loose parts, as ultrasonic vibrations might cause damage. Consult a professional if unsure.
  • For optimal cleaning, especially for items with grease or stubborn dirt, ensure the water temperature is within the recommended range of 20-80°C.

10. Warranty and Support

For detailed warranty information, technical support, or service inquiries, please refer to the manufacturer's official website or contact their customer service department. Keep your purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
