5. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your V309 unit for cleaning and testing:
- Place the Cleaning Bracket: Insert the cleaning bracket into the ultrasonic cleaning tank.
- Pour Injector Detergent: Pour an appropriate amount of 3M car injector cleaning fluid into the ultrasonic cleaning tank. Ensure the fluid level does not exceed the connection port of the pulse line when injectors are placed.
- Connect Pulse Signal Line: Connect the pulse signal lines to the fuel injectors.
- Place Fuel Injectors: Carefully place the fuel injectors into the ultrasonic cleaning tank, ensuring they are securely held by the cleaning bracket.
- Install Plugs: Install the provided plugs into the oil separator.
- Install Cleaning Adapter: Attach the cleaning adapter to the fuel injector.
- Connect to Oil Separator: Connect the fuel injector with the cleaning adapter to the oil separator.
- Install Fixing Bolts: Secure the oil separator assembly to the main unit using the fixing bolts.
- Connect Oil Outlet: Connect the oil outlet pipe to the oil separator.
- Pour Test Liquid: For testing, pour industrial alcohol into the glass tubes. The test fluid should not exceed two-thirds of the glass tube level display.
- Power On: Connect the power cable and turn on the main power switch located on the side of the unit.

6. Operating Instructions
The V309 offers various functions for cleaning and testing fuel injectors. Use the intelligent operation panel to select and adjust parameters.
6.1. Ultrasonic Cleaning
- Ensure injectors are placed in the ultrasonic tank with appropriate cleaning fluid (as per Setup section).
- Select '01 Ultrasonic Cleaning' from the Functions Menu on the control panel.
- Adjust the working time using the 'WORKING / INJECTING TIMES' controls.
- Press the 'Start' button to begin the ultrasonic cleaning process. The ultrasonic energy will dislodge particles and buildup.
- After cleaning, the remaining cleaning fluid can be recycled using the drain valve.

6.2. Fuel Injector Testing
The V309 provides 9 testing functions to assess injector performance. Ensure injectors are fixed on the main machine with test liquid in the glass tubes (as per Setup section).
- Select Injector Voltage: Use the 'SELECT' button to choose the appropriate voltage (12V, 70V, or 120V) for the injectors being tested.
- Select Test Function: Choose the desired test from the 'FUNCTIONS MENU' (e.g., Idling Test, Leak Checking Test, High Speed Test).
- Adjust Parameters: For most tests, you can adjust parameters like working pulse (PWM Pulse) and working/injecting times using the corresponding controls. For Leakage Test, Injecting Flow Test, and Auto mode Test, the fuel pressure can be adjusted in real-time.
- Start Test: Press the 'Start' button to begin the test. Observe the spray pattern, leakage, and fuel injection volume in the glass measuring cylinders.
- Pressure Adjustment: Use the 'INCREASE PRESSURE' and 'DECREASE PRESSURE' buttons to adjust the test pressure, which is displayed on the pressure gauge.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning Fluid Management: After ultrasonic cleaning, the remaining cleaning fluid can be recycled using the drain valve.
- Ultrasonic Tank Care: Do not turn on the ultrasonic cleaner without cleaning fluid in the tank, as this may cause damage. Avoid immersing pulse signal cables or connectors in the cleaning fluid.
- Continuous Operation: The continuous working time of the ultrasonic cleaner should not exceed 30 minutes to prolong its lifespan.
- Power Off: Always unplug the power cord when the unit is not in use.
- Fluid Levels: When adding cleaning fluid to the ultrasonic box, ensure it does not exceed the connection port of the fuel injection nozzle. When adding test fluid, it should not exceed two-thirds of the glass tube level display.

8. Troubleshooting
- No response at boot: Check if the fuse (AC 250V/5A) on the bottom right side of the machine is damaged. Replace if necessary.
- Oil leakage at the oil separator assembly: Verify that the installed O-ring is correctly matched, not deformed, or damaged. Replace if needed. Avoid overtightening the two black adjusting screws, as this can also cause leakage.
- Oil pressure drops slowly: If the oil pressure does not drop to zero within 1 to 2 minutes, use a hex wrench to adjust the relief valve counterclockwise.
- Buzzer sounds long without oil pressure: This indicates insufficient liquid level in the oil tank. The machine will alarm, automatically turn off the oil pump and fuel injection nozzle, and return to a stopped state. Add enough cleaning fluid, then press the [Run] key to restart the oil pump.
- Must press 'Drain key' twice to drain test solution completely: The solenoid valve has an automatic shut-off function within 15 seconds. If there is more liquid in the glass tube, multiple drain cycles may be required.
- Problems with cleaning and testing 4 injectors: A short circuit may cause the machine to restart for protection. This could be due to a fuel injector with too low resistance or a faulty injector. Identify and replace the problematic nozzle. If the injectors are fine, one of the pulse lines might be damaged. Test each of the 6 pulse lines separately.
9. User Tips
- For optimal cleaning, ensure the ultrasonic cleaning fluid is slightly warmed. The V309's ultrasonic liquid will slowly heat up after continuous cleaning for more than 15 minutes, improving the cleaning effect.
- When performing tests, carefully observe the spray pattern and volume in the glass cylinders. Inconsistent spray patterns or significant volume differences between injectors can indicate issues.
- Always use recommended cleaning and testing fluids (3M car injector cleaning fluid and industrial alcohol) for best results and to prevent damage to the unit or injectors.
