2. Setup
2.1 Unboxing and Package Contents
Upon opening your DOOGEE S40 Pro package, ensure all items are present:
- 1 x DOOGEE S40 Pro Smartphone
- 1 x Micro USB Cable
- 1 x EU Charger (5V/2A)
- 1 x Screen Protector Film (pre-applied)

2.2 SIM Card and TF Card Installation
The DOOGEE S40 Pro supports dual Nano SIM cards or one Nano SIM card and one TF (Micro SD) card for expandable storage up to 256GB. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the SIM/TF card slot.
- Locate the SIM/TF card slot on the side of the phone.
- Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray pops out.
- Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure they are correctly oriented.
- Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone until it is flush with the device body.

2.3 Initial Charging and Power On
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your DOOGEE S40 Pro. Use the provided Micro USB cable and EU charger.
- Connect the Micro USB cable to the phone's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the power adapter, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
- The phone will indicate charging status on the screen.
- Once sufficiently charged, press and hold the Power Key (located on the side) until the DOOGEE logo appears to power on the device.

Your DOOGEE S40 Pro runs on Android 10.0, offering a pure and fluid user experience. Navigate using gestures or the traditional three-button navigation bar. Swipe up from the bottom for the app drawer, swipe down from the top for notifications and quick settings.
