Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in the packing list are present and undamaged.
  2. Placement: Place the main unit on a stable, heat-resistant, and non-flammable surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  3. Connect Hot Air Gun: Connect the hot air gun handle to the designated port on the main unit. Place the hot air gun in its holder.
  4. Connect Soldering Iron: Connect the electric soldering iron to its designated port. Place the soldering iron in its stand.
  5. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the main unit and then to a grounded power outlet matching the device's voltage (110V or 220V).
  6. Nozzle Installation (Hot Air Gun): Select the appropriate nozzle for your task. The air outlet of the handle supports both direct and spiral wind. Different nozzles can be used for direct and cyclone airflow.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  • Power On/Off: Use the main power switch on the front panel to turn the unit on or off.
  • Quick Operation Guide: A quick operation guide is available on the top of the machine for easy reference.
  • Temperature Unit Conversion: Press the dedicated button (often labeled °C/°F) to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit display modes.
  • Temperature Calibration: The unit features a temperature calibration function to ensure accuracy. Refer to the quick operation guide on the machine's top for specific steps.

Hot Air Gun Operation

  1. Turn On: Flip the "Hot Air Gun" switch on the front panel.
  2. Adjust Temperature: Use the dedicated temperature setting buttons (up/down arrows) for the hot air gun to set the desired temperature. The LED display will show the set temperature and actual temperature.
  3. Adjust Air Volume: Use the dedicated air volume setting buttons (up/down arrows) for the hot air gun to set the desired airflow. The LED display will show the air volume.
  4. Storage Channels: The hot air gun has 3 working storage channels (CH1, CH2, CH3).
    • To Read Stored Settings: Short press the respective channel button (CH1, CH2, or CH3) for approximately one second.
    • To Store Current Settings: Long press the respective channel button (CH1, CH2, or CH3) for approximately three seconds.
  5. Magnetic Induction Sleep Function: When the hot air gun is placed back into its holder, it will automatically enter sleep mode (SLP) to conserve energy and prolong the heating element's lifespan. It will resume operation when lifted.

Electric Soldering Iron Operation

  1. Turn On: Flip the "Welding Table" (Soldering Iron) switch on the front panel.
  2. Adjust Temperature: Use the dedicated temperature setting buttons (up/down arrows) for the soldering iron to set the desired temperature. The LED display will show the set temperature and actual temperature.
  3. Storage Channels: The soldering iron has 3 working storage channels (CH1, CH2, CH3).
    • To Read Stored Settings: Short press the respective channel button (CH1, CH2, or CH3) for approximately one second.
    • To Store Current Settings: Long press the respective channel button (CH1, CH2, or CH3) for approximately three seconds.
  4. Sensor Sleep Function: When the soldering iron handle is placed on its stand, it will automatically stop heating and enter dormancy (sleep mode). This feature helps prevent oxidation of the soldering tip and saves energy.

  5. Custom Sleep Time: Users can set their own sleep time for the soldering iron. Refer to the quick operation guide on the machine's top for specific instructions.

Maintenance
