The EONKO FLIP6 is a versatile portable speaker featuring Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, True Wireless Stereo (TWS) function, TF card and USB flash drive playback, FM radio, AUX input, handsfree calling, and a built-in power bank for charging other devices via its Type-C port.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge your EONKO FLIP6 speaker.

  1. Connect the speaker to an external DC-5V power source using the provided Type-C charging cable.
  2. The LED indicator will remain on during charging.
  3. The LED indicator will turn off once the speaker is fully charged.

4.2 Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Long press the M/ button.
  • To Power Off: Long press the M/ button again.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Power on the speaker.
  2. Short press the M/ button to switch to Bluetooth mode. The speaker will indicate it is ready for pairing (e.g., a blinking LED or an audible prompt).
  3. On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "FLIP6" (or similar name) from the list of found devices to connect.
  5. Once connected, the speaker will provide an audible confirmation.

4.4 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

The TWS function allows you to connect two FLIP6 speakers for a stereo sound experience.

  1. Ensure both FLIP6 speakers are powered on.
  2. On one of the speakers, double-click the II button. You should hear a "tick" sound.
  3. Wait for both speakers to interconnect. They will emit a simultaneous prompt sound to indicate successful interconnection.
  4. On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for the TWS pairing name (e.g., "FLIP6 TWS").
  5. Connect to the TWS pairing name. Both speakers are now connected and ready to play music in stereo.

Note: Once successfully connected, the TWS speakers will automatically reconnect when powered on again. If automatic reconnection fails, turn off your phone's Bluetooth, restart both speakers (without pressing any buttons), let them reconnect automatically, then re-enable your phone's Bluetooth and connect to the TWS pair.

5.2 Selfie Function

Use your FLIP6 speaker as a remote shutter for your smartphone camera.

  1. Short press the M/ button to switch from Wireless (Bluetooth) mode to Selfie mode.
  2. On your mobile phone, enable Bluetooth and search for "shutter". Connect to it.
  3. Open your phone's camera application.
  4. Press the M/V- button (for iOS) or /V+ button (for Android) on the speaker to take a picture.

Compatibility: Requires Android 4.2.2 or above, or iOS 6.0 or above. Phones with independent camera buttons may not support this feature.

5.3 Media Playback (TF Card / USB Flash Drive)

  1. Insert a TF card or USB flash drive into the corresponding slot on the speaker.
  2. Short press the M/ button to cycle through modes until you reach TF or USB mode.
  3. The speaker will automatically begin playing audio files from the inserted media.
  4. Use the M/V- and /V+ buttons for track navigation and the II button for play/pause.

5.4 FM Radio

  1. Short press the M/ button to cycle through modes until you reach FM Radio mode.
  2. Long press the II button to initiate an automatic search for available FM stations.
  3. The speaker will save the found stations. Use the M/V- and /V+ buttons to navigate between saved stations.

5.5 AUX Input

  1. Connect an audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to the speaker's AUX port using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
  2. Short press the M/ button to cycle through modes until you reach AUX mode.
  3. Audio from your connected device will now play through the speaker. Control playback from your connected device.

5.6 Power Bank Function

The FLIP6 speaker can be used to charge other devices.

  1. Connect your device to the speaker's Type-C port using a compatible charging cable.
  2. The speaker's internal battery will provide power to charge your device.

6. Maintenance

  • Keep the speaker dry. Do not expose it to water or excessive moisture, as the product is not waterproof.
  • Clean the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Avoid exposing the speaker to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or direct sunlight for extended periods.
  • Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Charge the battery regularly, even if not in use, to maintain battery health.

7. Troubleshooting

Speaker does not power on.Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
No sound or low volume.Check the speaker's volume level and your connected device's volume. Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, TF, USB) is selected.
Bluetooth device cannot connect.Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. Try unpairing and re-pairing the speaker. Ensure no other devices are connected to the speaker.
TWS pairing fails.Ensure both speakers are powered on and close to each other. Repeat the TWS pairing steps carefully. If issues persist, turn off your phone's Bluetooth, restart both speakers, let them auto-reconnect, then connect your phone.
FM radio reception is poor.Extend the antenna (if applicable) or reposition the speaker for better signal. Perform an auto channel search again.
Selfie function not working.Ensure the speaker is in Selfie mode and connected to your phone as "shutter". Check phone compatibility (Android 4.2.2+/iOS 6.0+).

  • Battery Life: For optimal battery longevity, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Charge it when the battery level is low.
  • Sound Quality: Experiment with speaker placement to find the best acoustic environment for your listening pleasure.

  • Water Resistance Clarification: While some users perceive the speaker as water-resistant, please note that the official specifications state it is NOT waterproof. Avoid exposing it to water to prevent damage.
