5.3. Web Interface Configuration
For advanced settings and to ensure proper internet access, configure the router via its web interface:
- Access Web UI: After connecting to the router's WiFi, open a web browser on your connected device. Enter the Web UI IP address (usually found on a label on the router) into the address bar and press Enter.
- Login: Enter the username and password. For most LTE routers, these are "admin" for both. If different, check the label on your router.
- Check Internet Status: Navigate to the Internet Status section to verify if the router is detecting your SIM card's data. If no data is shown, contact customer support.
- Check WiFi Status: Confirm the WiFi status is active and broadcasting.
- Choose Network Mode: In the settings, select "4G only" as the network mode. If you experience no network connection in this mode, it may indicate a weak or absent 4G signal in your current location, suggesting a 3G signal might be available instead.
- APN Management: Go to APN Management and enter the APN (Access Point Name) information for your SIM card. This is crucial for the router to access the internet. If you don't know your APN settings, contact your communication operator. Without correct APN settings, the WiFi will connect but there will be no internet access.
- Change WiFi Name and Password (Optional): For security and personalization, you can change the default WiFi name (SSID) and password in the WLAN Basic Settings section.

- Verify that the correct APN settings are entered in the router's web interface. Contact your communication operator for the correct APN information. - No 4G Signal:
- If you select "4G only" mode and have no network, it might indicate a weak or absent 4G signal in your area. Try moving to a location with better signal coverage or switch to a mixed 3G/4G mode if available. - SIM Card Not Recognized:
- Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly and is of the required size.
- Confirm that the SIM card is not an eSIM, IOT SIM, or Roaming SIM, as these are not supported. - Device Not Working in North America:
- This router is designed for use in Asia, Europe, Africa, and South America. It is not compatible with networks in North American countries. - Slow Speeds:
- The advertised speeds (DL 150Mbps, UL 50Mbps) are theoretical maximums. Actual speeds may vary based on network conditions, signal strength, and operator services.
