Setup
1. Attaching the Headband
- Unpack the elastic headband.
- Thread the headlamp unit through the designated loops on the headband.
- Adjust the headband to fit comfortably around your head. The headband is adjustable for various head sizes.
2. Inserting the Battery (if not pre-installed)
- Unscrew the tail cap of the headlamp.
- Insert one 18650 battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the lamp.
- Screw the tail cap back on securely.
3. Angle Adjustment
The headlamp unit can be adjusted up to 180 degrees vertically to direct the light precisely where needed. Simply tilt the headlamp unit to your desired angle.

4. Hard Hat Mounting
For use with a hard hat, utilize the four included hooks. Attach these hooks to the edges of your hard hat, securing the elastic headband in place.

- Turn On/Off: Click the power button once to turn the headlamp on or off.
- Adjust Brightness: While the headlamp is on, press and hold the power button to cycle through brightness levels (Low, Med1, Med2, High, Turbo). Release the button at your desired brightness.

Charging
The SOFIRN H25L headlamp is equipped with a built-in Micro-USB charging port for convenient recharging. A protective cap shields the USB port from damage and water.

- Open the protective cap.
- Connect the included USB charging cable to the headlamp's port and to a standard USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank, computer USB port).
- The charging indicator light will show Red while charging and turn Green when fully charged.
