Matters Needing Attention
- Do Not Disassemble: Improper disassembly can easily damage the instrument. Do not disassemble any parts other than the detachable components mentioned in this manual. If any malfunction is found, seek experienced professional repair personnel or contact the manufacturer directly.
- Check the Voltage: The microscope camera and light source are marked with a rated input voltage. Ensure your local power supply voltage matches this value. Using the microscope under non-rated voltage conditions will cause serious damage. The power socket should be well grounded.
- Anti-Scalding and Fire Prevention: During operation, the light source can become very hot. Be careful not to touch the skin to prevent burns. Replace the light source only after the bulb has cooled sufficiently. Do not place flammable objects near the light source to avoid fire.
- Handling and Placement: Before transporting the microscope, ensure the power switch is turned off. Operate in a room temperature range of 0°C to 40°C with a maximum relative humidity of 85%. Avoid using the microscope under direct sunlight. Avoid placing the microscope in a dusty environment. When not in use, cover it with a dust cover. The microscope should be placed flat in a place without vibration.

Setup and Installation
To fully understand the functions and expansion of this instrument and the connection and installation of various parts, please read the relevant "Color TV User Manual" and "CCD Camera User Manual" carefully while reading this manual. This manual does not include the content of the above manual.
1. Base Installation (Large Base Example)
- Take out the bracket and various components from the packaging box.
- Fix the pillar with connecting screws.
- Insert the limit ring into the pillar (5) and tighten it.
- Insert the focusing mechanism (2) into the pillar (5) to the appropriate position.
- Tighten the hand wheel (3) so that the focusing mechanism (2) will not slide down.
- Place the variable magnification main objective lens (9) into the inner hole of the focusing mechanism (2).
- Insert the photographic eyepiece lens (10) (most of which are already installed and shipped).
- If an optional accessory objective lens (7) is present, screw it into the variable magnification main objective lens (9). This completes the initial installation of the microscope host.
- Screw the CCD camera (11) into the eyepiece (10).
- Insert the CCD power adapter and video signal cable into the CCD camera (11).
- Connect the other end of the signal cable to the video input hole of the monitor. (Note: Some cameras with VGA interfaces do not come with signal cables, and users need to provide their own VGA cables.)
- Check input voltage: Ensure the specified input voltage of the CCD camera, monitor, and microscope is consistent with the voltage of the power grid used. Connect the power supply and ensure the power socket has a grounding terminal.
- Insert the circular LED light into the groove at the bottom of the main lens (9), and tighten the three directional screws in equal proportions to secure it.
2. Folding Bracket Installation
- Take out the bracket and its components from the packaging box.
- Clamp the clamp (2) on the edge of the desktop.
- Rotate the fixing device (1) to fix it on the desktop.
- Insert the unscrewed end of the bracket into the clamp hole.
- Rotate the fixture (3) to fix the bracket.
- After checking the stability of the bracket, install the CCD camera (6). There are screw holes on the side of the camera that can be directly rotated and fixed to the front end of the bracket.
- After tightening, adjust the camera orientation angle by rotating the angle fastener (4).
- Remove the protective cover of the matching lens and rotate the threaded end to the bottom of the CCD camera.
- Insert the circular LED light into the groove at the bottom of the main lens (7), and tighten the three directional screws in equal proportion to secure it.
Adjusting Working Distance and Field of View
To increase the working distance and field of view, use the hex screwdriver included in the package to loosen the three screws at position A of the lens. Then, tighten the gap at position B by rotating it. This action will increase the field of view and working distance.

Operating Instructions
1. Focusing and Magnification
- Focusing: Rotate the focusing hand wheel (4) or change the height of the focusing mechanism (2) (according to the working distance W.D. of the selected additional large objective lens) to achieve focus. This is used in conjunction with the limit ring.
- Magnification: The rotating sleeve (8) in the variable magnification main lens (9) allows for continuously changing magnification. The magnification of the objective lens varies from 0.7X to 4.5X. Lower magnification provides a larger field of view, which is convenient for finding the target. It is recommended to observe the image with a smaller magnification first.
- Each component has been adjusted before leaving the factory to ensure synchronization of continuous magnification observation.
- When using LED lights for illumination, first place the observed small object on the stage and adjust the brightness of the light as needed.
- If there is imaging but it is blurry, adjust the focus by using the rotating sleeve (8) in the height rotating main lens to achieve a clear display effect.
2. Remote Control Operation
For models equipped with a remote control, batteries (CR2025) are not included due to logistics reasons. The remote control buttons and microscope camera buttons can only be used in HDMI mode. When USB output is used, the default software operates the microscope.

3. PC Software Features (YIZHAN-4011 Example)
When connected via USB, the microscope can be controlled using dedicated PC software, offering advanced features:

- Precise Control: Real-time adjustment of exposure, gain, white balance, color, and image flipping to adapt to complex samples and ensure high-quality image output.
- Multi-function Shooting: Support for photo taking, recording, and custom parameter saving for dynamic observation and data archiving.
- Intelligent Measurement and Annotation: Provides geometric measurement tools (straight lines, angles, arcs, concentric circles) and supports text annotation, arrow indication, and particle counting, greatly improving analysis efficiency.
- User-Friendly Design: Intuitive interface layout with real-time image display and fast parameter adjustment, suitable for users of different experience levels.
- Multi-language Support: Supports Chinese, English, French, German, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and more.
Maintenance and Upkeep
1. General Care
When the instrument is not in use, it is recommended to wipe it clean first, then cover it with a dust cover and store it in a dry place.
2. Cleaning of Lenses
- Do not touch optical components with your hands.
- It is best to use a soft brush or dust cloth to remove dust.
- Stubborn stains, fingerprints, grease, etc., can be gently wiped off with a clean soft cotton cloth or lens paper dipped in a mixture of anhydrous ethanol and ether.

Main Optical Parameters (180x lens example)
The microscope's image magnification is determined by several components: additional large objective lens, main objective lens, photographic eyepiece, CCD camera, and display (television). The first three form an optical magnifying glass, while the latter two contribute to digital magnification.
- Maximum Optical Magnification: 30X
- Maximum Total Magnification: 1776 times (with 1/3" CCD, 14" monitor)
- Maximum Working Distance: 320mm
- Maximum Object Field Diameter: 90.7mm
- Total Magnification = Optical Magnification × Digital Magnification
- Optical Magnification = Magnification of variable magnification main objective lens (0.7X~4.5X) × Magnification of photographic eyepiece × Magnification of additional large objective lens (see Table 1 below)
- Digital Magnification: Related to the specifications of CCD cameras and displays (televisions) (see Table 2 below)
- Working Distance: Only related to the magnification of the large objective lens attached by the owner (see Table 1 below)
- Object Side Field of View Diameter = CCD camera target diagonal size / optical magnification
