4. Setup Guide
4.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging port on the back of the bracelet and plug the USB end into a power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

4.2 Inserting the SIM Card
The device requires a Nano-SIM card with 4G LTE connectivity for full functionality (calls, GPS tracking, data). Ensure the SIM card is activated and has sufficient credit/data plan.
- Locate the SIM slot on the side of the bracelet.
- Use the provided SIM ejector tool or mini screwdriver to open the SIM slot cover.
- Carefully insert the Nano-SIM card into the tray, ensuring correct orientation.
- Close the SIM slot cover securely to maintain the device's IP67 waterproof rating.
4.3 App Installation and Pairing
Download the companion mobile application (available for Android and iOS) from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to register an account and pair your bracelet. This app allows you to manage settings, view location, and monitor health data.
4.4 Setting Up SOS and Speed Dial Numbers
Through the mobile application, you can configure up to 3 SOS emergency contact numbers and assign specific phone numbers to buttons 1 and 2 for speed dialing.
- SOS Numbers: These numbers will be called sequentially when the SOS button is pressed.
- Speed Dial Numbers: Assign frequently called contacts to buttons 1 and 2 for quick access.
4.5 Setting Up Geofence (Safety Zone)
The mobile application allows you to set up virtual boundaries (geofences). You will receive alerts if the wearer enters or exits these predefined safe zones.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the SOS/Power button for a few seconds until the device vibrates or an indicator light appears.
- Power Off: Press and hold the SOS/Power button for several seconds until the device powers down. Alternatively, you can power off the device remotely via the mobile application.
5.2 Making/Receiving Calls
- Making a Call: Press button 1 or 2 to dial the pre-set speed dial number.
- Receiving a Call: The device supports two-way HD calls and can be configured for auto-pickup via the app.

5.3 SOS Emergency Function
In an emergency, press and hold the SOS button for 5 seconds. The device will automatically call the pre-set SOS numbers sequentially until one is answered. It will also send location alerts to designated contacts.

5.4 Voice Message
Press the voice message button to record and send short voice messages to the linked mobile application or designated contacts.
5.5 Fall Detection
The bracelet features an automatic fall detection alarm. If a fall is detected, the device will trigger an alert and notify emergency contacts via the app and/or calls.
5.6 Health Monitoring
- Temperature Check: The device can monitor body temperature, and data can be viewed on the connected mobile application.
- Heart Rate & Blood Pressure: The BP&HR sensor on the back of the device monitors heart rate and blood pressure, with data accessible through the app.

5.7 Ring to Find
If the bracelet is misplaced, you can use the 'Ring to Find' function via the mobile application to make the device emit a sound, helping you locate it quickly.

- Cannot set phone numbers for buttons: Ensure the device is properly paired with the mobile application and you have an active internet connection on your phone to sync settings.
