The battery features 'No Memory and Practically No Self-Download' to maximize productivity and reduce downtime, meaning it retains its charge well during storage and can be charged at any time without damaging its capacity.

6. Troubleshooting

• Battery not charging: Ensure the charger is properly plugged into a working outlet and the battery is correctly seated on the charger. Check the charger's indicator light. If the issue persists, the charger or battery may be faulty.
