- Setting alarm phone and SMS numbers.
- Adjusting siren volume and duration.
- Enabling/disabling host prompts.
- Managing user accounts (1 administrator, 15 visitors).
Maintenance
Battery Replacement
- PIR Detector: Replace 4 AAA batteries (DC 6V) when the low battery indicator appears on the sensor or app.
- Window/Door Sensor: Replace the CR2032 lithium battery (DC 3V) when the low battery indicator appears.
- Remote Controller: Replace the CR2032 lithium battery (DC 3V) when the remote's indicator light dims or it becomes unresponsive.
Cleaning
Wipe the alarm host and sensors with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials, as this may damage the devices.
Backup Battery
The alarm host has a built-in backup battery. In case of a power outage, the system will continue to operate for a limited time. Ensure the main power supply is restored promptly to recharge the backup battery.
Troubleshooting
- System not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Check Wi-Fi password and signal strength. Try restarting the alarm host and your router.
- 4G/GSM not working: Verify the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated with a valid plan. Check for network coverage in your area.
- Sensors not triggering alarm: Ensure sensors are properly paired and within range of the alarm host. Check sensor batteries. Verify the defense zone is armed.
- False alarms: Check PIR sensor placement to avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or drafts. Ensure door/window sensors are securely mounted and not easily dislodged. Adjust sensor sensitivity if available.
- Remote controller unresponsive: Replace the remote controller battery. Re-pair the remote with the alarm host if necessary.
- App notifications not received: Check app settings for notification permissions. Ensure the alarm host has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or 4G).
