Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the screwdriver and bits with a clean, dry cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
  • Storage: Store the screwdriver and all bits in the provided storage case in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

  • Screwdriver not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the USB charging cable and check the charging indicator.
  • Bits not holding securely: Ensure the bit is fully inserted into the hex collet. The collet is designed for standard 5/32 (4mm) bits.
  • Insufficient torque in electric mode: For very tight screws, switch to manual mode and apply additional force by hand. The electric mode is designed for precision and lighter tasks.
  • LED worklight not functioning: Check if the screwdriver is powered on and operating. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

User Tips

While no specific user reviews or Q&A were provided, here are some general tips for optimal use:

  • Always select the correct bit size and type for the screw to prevent stripping the screw head or damaging the bit.
  • For delicate electronics, start with manual mode to ensure proper alignment before engaging electric mode.
  • Keep the bits organized in the storage case to easily find the right one and prevent loss.
  • The flexible shaft is particularly useful for reaching screws in recessed areas or at awkward angles, common in computer or appliance repair.
