2. TF Card Playback
Insert a TF (MicroSD) card loaded with MP3 audio files into the "TFK Card Disk" slot. The speaker will automatically switch to TF Card mode and begin playing music. Use the Play/Pause and +/- buttons for control.
3. USB Drive Playback

The TWS function allows you to connect two TG-271 speakers together for a true stereo sound experience. This provides enhanced audio separation and a wider soundstage.
- Ensure both TG-271 speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode, but not connected to any device.
- On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), long press the Play/Pause button until you hear a TWS pairing prompt.
- The two speakers will automatically search for and connect to each other. You will hear a confirmation tone once connected.
- Once TWS is established, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth (as described in "Bluetooth Pairing"). Audio will now play through both speakers in stereo.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the speaker's exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents.
- Water Resistance: The speaker is waterproof. However, avoid submerging it in water for extended periods or exposing it to high-pressure water jets. Ensure charging port covers are securely closed when near water.
- Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the speaker regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Speaker does not power on. | Battery is drained. | Charge the speaker using the provided USB cable. |
| Cannot pair via Bluetooth. | Speaker is not in pairing mode or too far from device. | Ensure speaker is in Bluetooth mode and within 10 meters. Turn off and on both speaker and device's Bluetooth. |
| No sound from speaker. | Volume is too low or muted; incorrect mode selected. | Increase volume on both speaker and connected device. Press 'M' to ensure correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, TF, USB). |
| FM radio reception is poor. | Weak signal or interference. | Move the speaker to a different location. The AUX cable can sometimes act as an antenna; try connecting it. |
| TWS pairing fails. | Speakers already connected to a device or not in pairing state. | Ensure both speakers are disconnected from any device and in Bluetooth mode before initiating TWS pairing. |
User Tips
- For the best audio experience, place the speaker on a stable surface and avoid obstructions between the speaker and your Bluetooth device.
- When using FM radio, extending the AUX cable (even if not connected to an audio source) can sometimes improve signal reception.
- To maximize battery life, turn off the speaker when not in use.
- Experiment with the TWS function to create a more immersive stereo sound for parties or larger rooms.
