2. Setup and Installation

2.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your iGS320 using the provided USB Type-C cable. The device features a Type-C port for strong compatibility and stable performance.

2.2 Mounting on Your Bicycle

Use the included bike mount and rubber bands to securely attach the iGS320 to your bicycle handlebars. The device is compatible with universal bases and includes a lanyard hole for additional safety.

2.3 Initial Power On and App Connection

  1. Press and hold the power button to turn on the device.
  2. Download the iGPSPORT app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  3. Pair your iGS320 with the app via Bluetooth 5.0 for data synchronization and advanced features.

2.4 Pairing External Sensors

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 GPS Functionality and Tracking

The iGS320 utilizes a Global Positioning System supporting GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, GALILEO, and QZSS for accurate location tracking. It provides real-time synchronization of riding trajectory and data, which can be viewed on the device and through the companion app.

3.2 Navigation Features

4. Maintenance

4.1 Battery Management

The iGS320 boasts a 72-hour long battery life, making it suitable for extended rides. Recharge the device using the provided Type-C cable when the battery indicator is low.

4.2 Waterproofing

The device has an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Ensure the Type-C port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.

4.3 Cleaning

Wipe the device with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the screen or casing.

4.4 Firmware Updates

Periodically check the iGPSPORT app for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 No GPS Signal

  • Ensure you are in an open outdoor area with a clear view of the sky.
  • Wait a few minutes for the device to acquire satellite signals.
  • Check the device settings to ensure GPS is enabled.

5.2 Sensor Not Connecting

  • Ensure the sensor is powered on and within range of the iGS320.
  • Check the iGS320's Bluetooth/ANT+ settings to ensure scanning is active.
  • Replace the sensor's battery if necessary.
  • Try re-pairing the sensor through the device settings.

5.3 App Connectivity Issues

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  • Make sure the iGPSPORT app is updated to the latest version.
  • Restart both the iGS320 and your smartphone.
