10. Troubleshooting

  • Blurry Image / Edges: Adjust the focus wheel. If corners remain blurry, try adjusting the keystone correction. Ensure the projector is perpendicular to the screen as much as possible.
  • Android Cast Crashing: If the Android Cast app frequently crashes, try clearing its cache in 'Application Setting' or reinstalling the app.
  • White Screen: A white screen during operation may indicate a matrix issue. If this occurs, contact customer support.
  • Excessive Noise: All LED projectors generate some noise due to cooling fans. Ensure ventilation is not blocked. If noise is unusually loud, contact support.
  • No Bluetooth in Basic Version: Bluetooth connectivity is a feature of the C6A Smart version. The basic C6 model does not include Bluetooth.
  • No Image from Miracast/AirPlay: Ensure both the projector and your smartphone are connected to the same WiFi network. Some apps may restrict screen mirroring.
  • No AC3 Audio Support: Check the projector's specifications for supported audio codecs. If AC3 is not supported, you may need to convert audio files or use an external media player that supports it.

12. User Tips

  • Image Clarity: If the image edges appear blurry, ensure the projector is positioned as straight as possible to the screen. Use the manual focus wheel and digital keystone correction settings to achieve the best possible clarity across the entire image.
  • Reducing Input Lag: For gaming via HDMI, some users suggest turning off noise reduction settings in the projector's display options to potentially reduce input delay.
  • Projection Distance: For a 100-inch diagonal screen (approx. 2.21 meters wide), a projection distance of around 3.3 meters is recommended. At 3.5 meters, a 2.5-meter wide picture can be achieved with good quality.
  • Dust Filter: Regularly check and clean the removable dust filter located at the bottom of the projector to prevent dust accumulation and maintain image quality.
  • Bluetooth Audio: The C6A Smart version supports Bluetooth audio output, allowing you to connect external Bluetooth speakers like a JBL PartyBox for enhanced sound.
  • Firmware Updates: Keep an eye on the manufacturer's official channels for firmware updates for your C6A to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
  • Android Version Features: The smart version with Android OS allows direct app downloads (e.g., Disney+), online streaming, and screen mirroring. The basic version lacks these smart features.
  • MEMC Technology: The MEMC (Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation) technology is designed to provide smoother video playback.
