6.2 Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the speaker is completely dry before charging or using it near water.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Speaker does not power on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
  • Cannot pair via Bluetooth: Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED). Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Ensure no other devices are connected to the speaker. Move closer to the speaker.
  • No sound or low volume: Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct input mode is selected.
  • TWS pairing fails: Ensure both speakers are XDOBO X8 Max or X8-III models. Follow the TWS interconnection steps carefully (Section 4.4). Make sure no device is connected to either speaker before initiating TWS pairing.
  • Charging not working: Check if the charging cable and adapter are working correctly. Try a different cable or power source. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.

8. User Tips

  • For optimal sound quality, especially with deep bass, ensure the speaker is placed on a stable surface.
  • When using TWS, place the two speakers at an appropriate distance from each other for the best stereo separation.
  • To maximize battery life, avoid playing music at maximum volume for extended periods.
  • The power bank function is useful for emergencies, but for regular device charging, use a dedicated power bank or wall charger.
