Setup Instructions
- Attach the Lamp to Your Monitor:
The LYMAX screen hanging lamp is designed with an aluminum alloy foldable bracket to securely fit on top of your monitor. It is compatible with both curved and flat displays, and screens with a thickness of less than 45mm. For curved screens, it supports curvatures equal to or greater than R1000.

Use the provided Type-C power cable to connect the lamp to a power source. The lamp requires a 5V 1A input. For optimal performance and to prevent flickering, it is highly recommended to use a 5V 2A adapter (not included).

Operating Instructions
Basic Version Controls (Model GJS-D010-1)
The Basic Version features three-button touch controls located on the top of the lamp body for easy adjustment.
- Short Touch: Controls the screen light on/off.
- Touch and Hold (Left/Right): Adjusts brightness with stepless switching.
- Touch and Hold (Middle): Adjusts color temperature with stepless switching.
Pro Version Controls (Model GJS-D010)
The Pro Version includes a mini wireless controller (45x45x27mm) that connects via 2.4GHz for convenient adjustments.
- Short Press: Turns the screen light on/off.
- Long Press: Turns the ambient light on/off.
- Clockwise Rotation: Increases screen light brightness.
- Anticlockwise Rotation: Decreases screen light brightness.
- Press + Rotate Clockwise: Increases screen light color temperature.
- Press + Rotate Counterclockwise: Decreases screen light color temperature.
- Double-Click: Switches ambient light modes.
Brightness and Color Temperature Adjustment
Both versions offer stepless adjustment for brightness and color temperature (2900K-6000K) to adapt to various scenarios:
- Positive White Light (6000K): Suitable for office scenarios.
- Mixed Light: Ideal for learning scenarios.
- Warm White Light (2900K): Best for gaming and entertainment.
Acoustic Pickup RGB Backlight (Pro Version Only)
The Pro Version features a built-in ARM processor with AGC automatic gain control. It picks up ambient sound, identifies sound wave signals, and drives 40 RGB lamp chips to synchronize the atmosphere light effect with audio rhythm changes. This can be turned off separately if desired.
Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your LYMAX Screen Hanging Lamp, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the lamp body and bracket with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or sprays that could damage the finish or electronic components.
- Storage: If storing the lamp for an extended period, disconnect it from the power source and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cable Care: Ensure the Type-C power cable is not bent sharply or placed under heavy objects to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
- Problem: The screen hanging lamp flashes continuously.
- Solution: This usually indicates an insufficient power supply. Please replace your power adapter with a 5V 2A adapter. Using a lower amperage adapter (e.g., 5V 1A) may cause flickering.
- Problem: The wireless remote control (Pro Version) is not responding or needs to be paired with a new lamp.
Solution (Unpairing): To unpair the screen hanging light from its current remote control, perform a continuous cycle of "plug in - power off - plug in - power off and plug in" with the USB power cord. The RGB light on the top of the screen hanging light will flash 3 times quickly, indicating successful unpairing.
Solution (Pairing a New Remote Control): After successfully unpairing (as described above), do not plug in the power again immediately. Instead, press and hold the new remote control until the RGB light on the top of the screen hanging light flashes slowly for 3 times. This indicates that the new remote control has been successfully paired.
Note: One hanging light can only be controlled by one remote control at a time.
