5. Maintenance
The SINGCALL WE57 SOS button uses a LIR2450 rechargeable battery. While specific charging instructions are not provided, ensure the device is regularly charged to maintain functionality. Due to its IP55 waterproof rating, it is protected against dust and low-pressure water jets, but it should not be submerged in water.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device not connecting to Wi-Fi:
The pager must always be in the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi environment in which it was registered in the app. Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz signal and your phone is connected to it during the initial setup. - Phone not receiving prompt information/notifications:
When registering the SOS Wi-Fi button with the Tuya app, ensure all notification permissions are enabled for the app. After setup, your phone can receive notifications even if it's on a different network, but the pager itself must remain connected to the registered Wi-Fi network. Check both the Tuya app's notification settings and your phone's system notification settings.
