6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Power On/Off

  • To Turn Off: Under normal working status, press and hold the power button (Power button icon) for 3 seconds.
  • To Turn On: Under 'off' status, press and hold the power button (Power button icon) for 3 seconds.

6.2. Viewing Parameters

  • When the controller is working normally, press and release the '▲' button once to display the temperature set value.
  • Press and immediately release the '▼' button once to display the temperature difference set value.
  • The display will return to the normal temperature display state after 2 seconds.

6.3. Setting Parameters (Menu Instruction)

To enter the parameter modification mode:

  1. When the controller is working normally, press and hold the 'S' button for more than 3 seconds.
  2. The 'Set' indicator light will turn on, and the digital display will show the code "F1" (first menu item).
  3. Use the '▲' or '▼' buttons to scroll through menu items (F1, F2, F3, F4, F5). Press 'S' to select a menu item.
  4. To adjust a parameter's value: While viewing the parameter (e.g., F1), press and hold the 'S' button and simultaneously press '▲' or '▼'.
  5. The '▲' or '▼' buttons can then be used to quickly adjust the parameter value up or down.
  6. After completing adjustments, press and release the power button (Power button icon) to save the modifications and return to the normal temperature display state.
  7. Note: If there is no key operation for 5 seconds, the parameter modification will not be saved, and the controller will return to the normal display state.

6.6. Working Mode Logic

  • Refrigerating Operation: The controller starts refrigerating (Cool indicator light on) when the measured temperature is ≥ (temperature set value + difference value). The refrigerating relay connects. The 'Cool' indicator light flashes during compressor delay protection. Refrigerating stops (Cool indicator light off) when the measured temperature is ≤ temperature set value.
  • Heating Operation: The system starts heating (Heat indicator light on) when the measured temperature is ≤ (temperature set value - difference value). The heat relay connects. Heating stops (Heat indicator light off) when the measured temperature is ≥ temperature set value.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. Error Descriptions

  • Sensor Error (Display "EE"):

If the sensor has an open circuit or short circuit, the controller activates the sensor error alarm mode. All running functions are stopped, the buzzer alarms, and the display shows "EE". Press any key to cancel the alarm sound. The system will return to normal temperature display once the error is cleared.

  • Temperature Exceeds Measuring Range (Display "HH"):

If the measured temperature exceeds the controller's measuring range, the error alarm function activates. All running functions are stopped, the buzzer alarms, and the display shows "HH". Press any key to cancel the alarm sound. The system will return to normal temperature display once the error is cleared.

7.2. Repair System Data

Upon powering on the machine, first verify that the parameter settings are normal. If an error is detected (displaying "ER"), pressing any key will restore the default parameter settings, allowing the unit to operate normally. It is recommended to reset all parameters at this time to ensure optimal performance.
