  • 1 x Soldering Iron Stand
  • 1 x Power Cable
  • 1 x T12 Soldering Tip

5. Safety Information

  • Always operate the soldering station in a well-ventilated area.
  • Soldering irons reach very high temperatures. Avoid direct contact with the tip to prevent burns.
  • Always place the soldering iron in its designated stand when not in use.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not use the soldering station near flammable materials or gases.
  • Ensure the power supply matches the specified voltage (AC100-240V).
  • Unplug the unit from the power outlet when not in use or before cleaning/maintenance.
  • Do not attempt to modify or repair the unit yourself. Contact qualified personnel for service.

6. Setup Instructions

  1. Place the Station: Position the soldering station on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Connect the Soldering Iron: Insert the connector of the soldering iron handle into the designated port on the front panel of the soldering station. Ensure it is securely connected.
  3. Position the Stand: Place the soldering iron stand in a convenient and safe location near the station.
  4. Install the Soldering Tip: Carefully insert the T12 soldering tip into the soldering iron handle. Ensure it is fully seated.
  5. Connect Power: Plug the power cable into the power socket on the rear of the soldering station, then plug the other end into a suitable electrical outlet.

7. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Flip the power switch located on the rear panel to the 'ON' position. The LED digital display on the front panel will light up, showing the current temperature.
  2. Adjust Temperature: Use the 'MIN' and 'MAX' temperature control knob on the front panel to set your desired working temperature. The display will show the set temperature. The station will rapidly heat up to the set temperature.
  3. Automatic Standby/Wake-up: When you place the soldering iron into its stand, the station will automatically enter standby mode, reducing the tip temperature to a safe level. When you pick up the iron, it will quickly return to the set working temperature.
  4. Soldering: Once the desired temperature is reached, apply solder to the joint while touching it with the heated tip. The station's rapid heating ensures efficient and smooth soldering.
  5. Power Off: After use, place the soldering iron in its stand and turn off the power switch. Unplug the power cable from the outlet.

8. Maintenance

  • Tip Cleaning: Regularly clean the soldering tip using a damp sponge or brass wool to remove excess solder and oxidation. A clean tip ensures efficient heat transfer.
  • Tip Tinning: After cleaning and before storage, tin the tip with a small amount of solder to prevent oxidation.
  • Station Cleaning: Keep the soldering station and stand clean and free of dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Tip Replacement: Replace soldering tips when they become worn or damaged to maintain optimal performance.

9. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Check if the power cable is securely connected to both the station and the electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position. Verify the power outlet is functional.
  • Iron Not Heating: Ensure the soldering iron handle is properly connected to the station. Check if the soldering tip is correctly inserted. If the issue persists, the tip or heating element might need replacement.
  • Inconsistent Temperature: Ensure the temperature control knob is set correctly. A dirty or oxidized soldering tip can also lead to poor heat transfer; clean and re-tin the tip.
  • Solder Not Melting: Verify the temperature setting is appropriate for the solder type. Ensure the tip is clean and properly tinned.

10. User Tips

  • Secure Handle Connection: When connecting the soldering iron handle to the station, ensure it is firmly seated. Some users inquire about the attachment method (threaded vs. pressure-fit); always ensure a secure connection for proper function and safety.
  • Optimal Temperature: For general soldering, a temperature between 300°C and 350°C is often sufficient. Adjust as needed for different solder types and components. Refer to the 'Temperature Reference' image for specific task recommendations.
  • Tip Selection: Different soldering tips are available for various applications. Use the appropriate tip shape and size for your specific task to achieve the best results.

11. Warranty and Support
