- DVB-T/DVB-T2: Common in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
- ATSC: Used in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico) and South Korea.
- ISDB-T: Primarily used in Japan and South American countries (e.g., Chile, Peru, Brazil). Note that the ISDB-T version of this TV does NOT support AC3 audio.

Please confirm your local digital TV standard before attempting to receive channels. If you are unsure, consult local broadcasting information or contact the seller for clarification.

Troubleshooting
- No Power:
- Ensure the ON/OFF switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Check if the battery is charged or if the charger is properly connected to a power source.
- No Signal/Poor Reception:
- Ensure the antenna is properly connected and extended.
- Perform an auto channel scan.
- Check your local digital TV broadcasting standard and ensure your TV version is compatible.
- Adjust the antenna position for better signal strength.
- Signal reception can be affected by location, obstacles, and movement (e.g., in a moving car).
- No Audio (Digital TV):
- If using the ISDB-T version, note that it does not support AC3 audio. This may result in no sound on certain channels.
- Check volume levels and mute settings.
- Media Playback Issues (USB/TF Card):
- Ensure the USB drive or TF card is formatted correctly (FAT32 recommended).
- Verify that the media files are in supported formats (rmvb, avi, mov, mkv, 3gp, mp4, MPEG1-4, FLV, MP3).
- Check the capacity of the storage device; TF cards should not exceed 32GB, and USB drives should not exceed 500GB.
- Screen Freezes/Unresponsive:
- Try restarting the device by turning it off and on again.
- If the issue persists, a factory reset (if available in the menu) might be necessary.
User Tips
- Verify Compatibility: Before purchasing, always confirm that the TV's digital standard (DVB-T/T2, ATSC, or ISDB-T) matches your local broadcasting system to avoid compatibility issues.
- Battery Life: The built-in battery provides portability, but for extended viewing, especially in a car or outdoors, consider connecting to an external 12V power source.
- Antenna Placement: Experiment with antenna positioning to find the best signal reception in your specific location. External antennas can often improve performance.
- Media Storage Limits: Be mindful of the recommended capacity limits for TF cards (max 32GB) and USB flash drives (max 500GB) to ensure smooth media playback.
- AC3 Audio: If you are in an ISDB-T region, be aware that this version of the TV does not support AC3 audio, which might affect sound on some channels.
