2. Safety Instructions

  • Always unplug the machine from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning, making any adjustments, or removing parts.
  • Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when this appliance is used by or near children.

  • Do not use bent needles.
  • Do not pull or push fabric while stitching. This may deflect the needle causing it to break.

4. Setup Guide

4.1 Power Connection

Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, flat surface. Connect the power cord to the machine and then to a suitable electrical outlet (220V or 110V, depending on your model). The machine supports both voltages.

4.2 Powering On/Off

Locate the power switch on the side of the machine. Flip the switch to the 'On' position to power on the machine. The LCD screen will display a welcome message.

4.3 Threading the Machine

  1. Place your thread spool on the spool pin.
  2. Guide the thread through the thread guide hook.
  3. Pass the thread through the thread cover.
  4. Use the automatic needle threader to pass the thread through the needle eye.

4.4 Attaching the Embroidery Hoop

Secure your fabric within the appropriate embroidery hoop. Attach the hoop to the embroidery unit (component 10 in the diagram) on the machine.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Using the LCD Touch Screen

The MRS600 features a 7-inch touch color large screen LCD. Navigate through menus and select functions by touching the screen with your finger or the provided stylus.

5.2 Sewing Functions

The machine offers 132 built-in sewing stitches, including pattern stitches, overlock stitches, and buttonholes. You can combine these stitches for various sewing projects.

5.3.1 Pattern Selection and Adjustment

  1. From the main screen, tap the pattern key to enter the pattern interface.
  2. Select the desired embroidery pattern.
  3. Use the on-screen controls to adjust the pattern's size, position, and rotation.
  4. The machine also allows for background color replacement with 64 choices to aid in color matching.

5.3.2 Starting Embroidery

Once your pattern is selected and adjusted, press the start button to begin the embroidery process. The machine will automatically stitch the design.

5.3.3 Finishing Embroidery

After the embroidery is complete, press the thread cutter button to cut the thread. Remove the embroidery hoop from the machine.

5.4 Single/Double Needle Sewing

The machine supports both single and double needle sewing configurations, allowing for versatile stitching options.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your MRS600 machine.

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the machine, especially around the needle plate and bobbin area, using the provided brush to remove lint and dust.
