4. Device Layout
Familiarize yourself with the controls and connections of your FV01 pedal.

- REVERB Knob: Adjusts the reverb effect level.

5. Setup
5.1 Power Connection
Connect the included 9V DC power adapter to the DC IN jack (14) on the pedal. Ensure the adapter is center negative and provides 500mA or more. Do not use unauthorized power adapters.

5.2 Audio Connections
- Microphone Input: Connect your microphone to the MIC XLR balanced input jack (8). If using a condenser microphone, activate 48V phantom power using the 48V button (11).
- Instrument Input: Connect your guitar or other instrument to the GUITAR IN 1/4'' mono audio jack (6).
- Outputs:
- Connect the XLR OUT balanced output jack (12) to your mixer or audio interface.
- Connect the GUITAR OUT 1/4'' mono audio output jack (7) to your guitar amplifier or other audio equipment.
- Grounding: Use the LIFT/GND switch (13) to eliminate any ground loop hum.

6. Operation
6.1 Basic On/Off and Footswitch Functions
- Activate Effects: Press the footswitch (5) to turn on Vocal TONE Mode Correction, Reverb, and Delay effects. The footswitch LED will illuminate green.
- Deactivate Correction: Press the footswitch (5) again to turn off the Correction effect. The footswitch LED will turn red.
- Deactivate All Effects: To turn off all Vocal TONE Mode Correction, Delay, and Reverb effects, quickly press the footswitch (5) twice when effects are active. The footswitch LED will turn off.

6.2 Vocal Tone Modes
The FV01 offers three unique vocal tone settings. Press the TONE button (4) to cycle through these modes:
- LED Off: Normal Mode (flat EQ)
- Red LED: WARM Mode (enhanced low frequencies)
- Blue LED: BRIGHT Mode (enhanced high frequencies)

6.3 Reverb Effects
The FV01 features three classic reverb effects. Rotate the REVERB knob (1) to select and adjust the volume level of the reverb effect:
- RM: Room reverb with low decay.
- HL: Huge hall reverb.
- PL: Classic plate reverb.
Guitar Reverb: A separate reverb effect for the guitar can be adjusted in the hidden menu. Access this by pressing and holding the footswitch.

6.4 Delay Effects
The FV01 includes three distinct delay effects. Rotate the DELAY knob (2) to select and adjust the volume level of the delay effect:
- TP: Warm tape delay.
- DG: Digital, modern delay with distinct replay.
- SL: Classic slap delay.
Tap Tempo: The delay time can be controlled using the built-in TAP TEMPO feature. This function is accessible in the hidden mode (press and hold the footswitch).

6.5 Pitch Correction
Adjust the desired level of pitch correction using the CORRECTION knob (3). Turn clockwise for more correction, counter-clockwise for less. The range is from 0 (no correction) to 100 (maximum correction).
6.6 Line In Function
The LINE IN button (10) activates or deactivates the line input function. When activated, the FV01 can serve as a microphone amplifier for the microphone connected to the MIC IN. This allows it to function as a traditional stompbox for vocal processing.

6.7 Output Modes
The FV01 supports two distinct output modes:
- Individual Mode: In this mode, the guitar signal is routed exclusively through the GUITAR OUT, and the microphone signal is routed exclusively through the XLR OUT.
- Mixed Mode: In this mode, both the guitar and microphone signals are mixed together and sent to both the GUITAR OUT and XLR OUT.
To Change Output Mode:
- Ensure the FV01 is powered off.
- Press and hold the footswitch (5) while powering on the FV01.
- The color of the footswitch LED will indicate the current mode:
- Blinking Blue: Individual Output Mode
- Blinking Red: Mixed Output Mode

7. Maintenance
- Clean the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Avoid exposing the unit to direct sunlight, heat sources, or excessive dust.
- When not in use for extended periods, disconnect the power adapter.
8. Troubleshooting
- No Sound: Check all cable connections, ensure the power adapter is correctly connected, and verify that the volume/gain knobs on the FV01 and connected equipment are appropriately set.
- Humming Noise: Try using the LIFT/GND switch (13) to eliminate ground loop hum. Ensure all cables are in good condition.
- Effects Not Activating: Check the footswitch LED indicator. If it's off, press the footswitch once. If it's red, press it again to activate correction.
- Pitch Correction Issues: Ensure the CORRECTION knob (3) is set to a desired level.
