Cleaning

  • To clean the keyboard, power it off and disconnect it from any devices.
  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth, slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution, to wipe the keycaps and chassis.
  • Avoid spraying liquids directly onto the keyboard.
  • For deeper cleaning, you may use a keycap puller to remove keycaps and clean underneath with compressed air or a small brush.

Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not responding:
    • Ensure the keyboard is powered on and the correct connection mode (Wired, 2.4G, or Bluetooth) is selected using the FN key combinations.
    • For wireless modes, check the battery level and charge if necessary.
    • For 2.4G wireless, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into your computer. Try a different USB port.
    • For Bluetooth, try re-pairing the keyboard with your device following the setup instructions.
    • For wired mode, ensure the USB-C cable is properly connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
  • Keys not working or ghosting:
    • Ensure there is no debris under the keycaps. Use compressed air to clean.
    • If using the DZE software, verify that no keys have been accidentally unbound or remapped incorrectly.
    • The keyboard supports N-key rollover in 2.4G wireless and wired modes. If experiencing issues in Bluetooth mode, it might be related to system limitations or DZE software interaction.
  • Bluetooth connection unstable:
    • Ensure the keyboard is within range of your device.
    • Minimize interference from other wireless devices.
    • Try forgetting the device on your computer/phone and re-pairing.
    • Ensure your device's Bluetooth drivers are up to date.
  • Backlight not working or incorrect:
    • Check DZE software settings for backlight configuration.
    • Ensure the keyboard is not in a low power state.

User Tips

  • Maximize Connectivity: Utilize the 3-mode connection feature to seamlessly switch between your desktop (wired/2.4G), laptop (Bluetooth/2.4G), and tablet/phone (Bluetooth) for enhanced productivity and gaming.
  • Personalize with DZE: Take full advantage of the DURGOD Zeus Engine software to create custom key bindings and macros. This can significantly improve your workflow or gaming performance, especially for frequently used commands or complex sequences. Remember to save configurations to onboard memory via wired mode.
  • Maintain Battery Health: Adhere to the recommended battery care guidelines, especially the periodic charging when not in use, to ensure the longevity of your keyboard's battery.
  • Experiment with Switches: If you have a hot-swappable version, consider trying different GATERON switch types to find the perfect typing feel that suits your preferences for gaming or typing.
