Troubleshooting

No image or blurry image:
- Check the focus adjustment. Rotate the focus ring until the image is clear.
- Ensure the projection distance is within the recommended range (0.5-3 meters).
- Verify the input source is correctly selected (e.g., HDMI, USB, screen mirroring).
No sound:
- Check the volume settings on both the projector and the connected source device.
- If external speakers are connected, ensure they are powered on and properly connected to the 3.5mm audio out port.
Wireless connection issues:
- Ensure both the projector and your smartphone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Restart the Eshare/Airplay/MiraCast app on both devices.
- Check for any firewall or network restrictions that might block screen mirroring.
Projector overheating:
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the projector. Do not block air vents.
- Operate the projector in a well-ventilated area.
High noise level:
- The ThundeaL T042 uses a magnetic suspension fan for low noise operation. If noise is unusually high, ensure vents are clear. Note that some fan noise is normal during operation.
