1. Product Overview
The Kingrinder manual coffee grinder is a portable and precise tool designed for coffee enthusiasts. It features high-quality stainless steel burrs and an internal adjustment mechanism for various grind sizes, suitable for different brewing methods.

2. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, it is recommended to disassemble and clean the grinder components.
2.1 Disassembly and Assembly
The following video demonstrates the unboxing, disassembly, and assembly process for the Kingrinder manual coffee grinder.
The grinder consists of several key components:

2.2 Grind Adjustment
The Kingrinder features an internal grind adjustment mechanism. To adjust the grind size:
- Remove the catch cup and locate the adjustment dial at the bottom of the grinder.
- Turn the dial to select your desired grind setting. Turning clockwise results in a finer grind, and counter-clockwise results in a coarser grind.
- Each click represents a precise adjustment of 0.0188 mm. There are 40 clicks per full rotation.

3. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for optimal grinding performance:
- Ensure the grinder is clean and properly assembled.
- Adjust the grind setting to your preferred coarseness (refer to Section 2.2).
- Remove the lid and add whole coffee beans to the hopper. Do not overfill. Refer to specifications for maximum capacity.
- Place the lid back on and attach the handle.
- Hold the grinder firmly and turn the handle clockwise to begin grinding. Continue until all beans have passed through the burrs.
- Remove the catch cup to access your freshly ground coffee.

4. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Kingrinder.
- Disassemble the grinder as shown in the assembly video (Section 2.1).
- Use a brush or soft cloth to remove any residual coffee grounds from the burrs, shaft, and internal components.
- Do not wash the burrs or internal metal parts with water, as this can lead to rust. If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately.
- The catch cup and outer body can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Grinder is difficult to turn or jammed
- Check for foreign objects: Ensure no foreign objects (e.g., small stones) are mixed with the coffee beans.
- Overfilling: Do not overfill the hopper. Reduce the amount of beans.
- Grind setting too fine: If the grind setting is too fine, it can increase resistance. Try a slightly coarser setting.
5.2 Inconsistent grind size
- Burr alignment: While Kingrinder burrs are generally well-aligned, ensure all components are securely tightened during assembly.
- Cleaning: Accumulated coffee oils and fines can affect grind consistency. Clean the grinder thoroughly.
