- MIC (Sound) Mode: The tuner detects pitch through its built-in microphone. This mode is suitable for quiet environments.
5.3. Selecting Tuning Method (Automatic/Manual)
Short press the Manual/Auto button to toggle between:

5.5. A4 Frequency Adjustment
The standard A4 reference frequency is 440Hz. If needed, you can adjust this value using the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons when the A4 frequency is displayed.
5.6. Tuning Your Guzheng
- Attach/Position: For CLIP mode, attach the tuner securely to a part of your Guzheng that vibrates well (e.g., near the tuning pegs). For MIC mode, place the tuner close to the instrument in a quiet area.
- Pluck a String: Pluck a single string on your Guzheng.
- Observe the Display:
- If the needle/bar on the display is in the center and the light is green, the string is in tune.
- If the needle/bar is to the left of center and the light is red, the string is flat. You need to tighten the string.
- If the needle/bar is to the right of center and the light is red, the string is sharp. You need to loosen the string.
- Adjust with Wrench: Use the integrated tuning spanner to carefully adjust the corresponding tuning peg. Turn clockwise to tighten (sharpen) and counter-clockwise to loosen (flatten).
- Repeat: Continue plucking and adjusting until the display shows the string is in tune. Repeat for all strings.
