To maintain suction power and filter efficiency:
- Frequency: We recommend cleaning the filter frequently and replacing it regularly, ideally every two months.
- Washing: The filter can be washed with water. Make sure it is completely dry before putting it back into the machine.
- Longevity: Proper cleaning of the filter ensures the longevity of the vacuum cleaner motor.
- Note: The filter element HEPA does not support washing.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your vacuum cleaner, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power | Power cable not plugged in; power outlet malfunction. | Ensure the power cable is securely plugged into a working outlet. |
| Low suction power | Dust box full; filters clogged; blockage in nozzle/tube. | Empty the dust box. Clean or replace filters. Check for and remove any blockages. |
| Overheating / Shuts off automatically | Prolonged use; clogged filters/airflow. | Turn off the vacuum and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes. Clean filters and check for blockages. Consider taking short breaks during extended cleaning sessions. |
| Excessive noise | Blockage; loose parts; motor issue. | Check for blockages in the nozzle, tube, and dust box. Ensure all parts are securely assembled. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
| Ineffective on thick carpets | Designed for hard floors and low-pile carpets. | This vacuum may not be suitable for thick, high-pile carpets due to its power rating. |
