5. Setup and Installation

5.1. Connect Input Devices

Connect up to three digital optical audio sources (e.g., DVD player, HD TV, PS4) to the IN1, IN2, and IN3 ports on the switcher using Toslink optical cables.

5.2. Connect Output Devices

Connect your two optical receiving devices (e.g., soundbar, optical Bluetooth transmitter, DAC audio converter) to the OUT1 and OUT2 ports on the switcher using Toslink optical cables.

5.3. Power Connection

Connect the provided USB cable to the switcher's DC5V port and then to a compatible USB power adapter (Output: DC5V/1000mA). Ensure the power adapter meets the specifications.

6. Operation

6.1. Power On/Off

The switcher powers on automatically when connected to power. Use the ON/OFF button on the remote control or the 'SWITCH' button on the device to toggle power.

6.2. Switching Input Sources

You can switch between the three input sources (IN1, IN2, IN3) using either the IR remote control or the 'SWITCH' button on the device.

  • Using the Remote Control: Press the '1', '2', or '3' buttons on the IR remote control to select the corresponding input source. The remote control has a working range of up to 16 feet.
  • Using the Manual Switch: Press the 'SWITCH' button on the device to cycle through the input sources.

6.3. Input Indicators

The LED indicators (1, 2, 3) on the device will illuminate to show which input source is currently active.
