1. Introduction
This accessory is a replacement or supplementary microphone and speaker headset designed for use with specific Freedconn motorcycle Bluetooth intercom systems. It allows for clear audio communication and music playback within your helmet. Please note that this product includes only the headset assembly; the Bluetooth intercom unit itself is not included.
2. Compatibility
This headset accessory is compatible with the following Freedconn Bluetooth intercom models:
- Freedconn T-COMFM
- Freedconn T-COMSC
- Freedconn T-COMOS
- Freedconn COLO RC
- Freedconn FVCVB
- Freedconn T-MAX
- Freedconn T-REX
Important: This headset is NOT suitable for Freedconn BT-S2 or BT-S3 models. Please verify your intercom model before purchase.
The headset is available with two types of plugs:
- 5-Pin (New Plug)
- 8-Pin (Old Plug)
Ensure you select the correct plug type that matches your intercom unit's port.

3. Package Contents
Your package should contain the following item:
- 1 x Soft and Hard 2-in-1 Headset Assembly (includes speakers and microphone)
Note: The Bluetooth intercom unit and helmet are NOT included with this accessory.
4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to install the headset accessory into your motorcycle helmet:
- Choose the Correct Microphone: The headset comes with both a hard cable microphone and a soft cable microphone, which are detachable and interchangeable.
- Hard Cable Microphone: Recommended for open-face helmets and half-cover helmets.
- Soft Cable Microphone: Recommended for full-face helmets.

Use the provided Velcro pads (4 pieces) to securely attach the speakers to the helmet's interior lining, ensuring they are positioned comfortably over your ears.

For hard microphones, bend the flexible arm so the microphone is close to your mouth. For soft microphones, ensure it's placed where it can pick up your voice clearly.
- Connect to Intercom Unit: Carefully plug the headset's main connector (either 5-pin or 8-pin, depending on your selection) into the corresponding port on your Freedconn Bluetooth intercom unit. Ensure a firm and secure connection.

5. Operating Instructions
Once the headset accessory is correctly installed and connected to your Freedconn intercom unit, its operation is controlled entirely by the intercom unit. Refer to your specific Freedconn intercom model's user manual for detailed instructions on:
- Powering on/off the intercom.
- Pairing with other intercoms or Bluetooth devices (e.g., phone, GPS).
- Adjusting volume.
- Initiating intercom conversations.
- Answering/making phone calls.
- Playing music.
The headset acts as the audio input (microphone) and output (speakers) for all functions of your intercom system.
