5. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Check the power adapter connection and ensure the ON/OFF switch on the back of the main panel is in the 'ON' position. Verify the power outlet is functional.
  • No App Connection: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Confirm the Wi-Fi password is correct during setup. Check if the alarm host is within range of your Wi-Fi router. Restart the alarm host and try pairing again.
  • Sensors Not Triggering: Verify that sensors are correctly paired with the main panel. Check battery levels of wireless sensors. Ensure proper installation (e.g., door/window sensor alignment, PIR coverage).
  • No SMS/Call Notifications: Ensure a valid 4G SIM card is inserted and has credit/data. Check the alarm call and SMS numbers configured in the app settings. Verify network signal strength on the main panel.
  • False Alarms: Check sensor placement to avoid environmental triggers (e.g., direct sunlight on PIR, drafts). Adjust PIR sensitivity if available. Ensure all doors/windows are properly closed.
  • Factory Reset: If persistent issues occur, you can perform a factory reset via the app settings. Be aware that this will remove all paired devices and settings, requiring re-configuration.
