2. Safety Information

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Boat Battery

  1. Connect the boat's 7.4V 5200mAh Li-po battery to the provided charger.
  2. Plug the charger into a suitable power outlet (EU, UK, or US type).
  3. Allow approximately 8-10 hours for a full charge. The charger indicator will typically change color or turn off when charging is complete.

5.2 Installing Remote Control Batteries

  1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
  2. Insert 4 AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment securely.

5.3 Installing Fish Finder Batteries and Charging Sonar Sensor (Optional)

  1. Open the battery compartment of the Fish Finder unit.
  2. Insert 4 AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment.
  4. To charge the Wireless Sonar Sensor: Unscrew the cover of the sonar sensor. Connect the charging cable to the charging port.

5.4 Initial Boat Preparation

  • Ensure the boat's main battery is fully charged and securely installed in the central compartment for stability.
  • Verify that the propellers are free from obstructions and securely attached.
  • If using the sonar sensor, ensure it is properly attached to the boat or deployed as intended.

6. Operation

6.1 Basic Controls

  1. Turn on the boat's power switch.
  2. Turn on the remote control. The remote and boat should automatically pair.
  3. Use the joystick/controls to move the boat forward, backward, left, and right. The boat features dual motors for precise control.
  4. The remote control is designed for one-hand operation, simplifying maneuvering.

6.2 Baiting and Hook Deployment

  • Load bait (up to 3KG) into the two separate bait tanks.
  • Navigate the boat to your desired baiting location.
  • Use the dedicated controls on the remote to open the bait tanks and release the bait.
  • The boat also supports fixed-point nesting and throwing hooks with strong ejection power.

6.3 GPS Functions (GPS Models Only)

For models equipped with GPS, the following intelligent features are available:

  • Fixed-Point Cruise: Set up to 40 fixed points using GPS satellite positioning. The boat can automatically cruise to a destination point and return to the starting point with one key.
  • Automatic Return: The boat will automatically return to its home point if it goes beyond the 500m remote control distance or if the battery is low. You can also manually activate one-key return.
  • Cruise Control: Maintain a steady speed and direction.

6.4 Night Fishing Headlights

The boat is equipped with night fishing headlights. Turn on the night light to easily locate the boat during night, rainy, or foggy conditions.

6.5 Fish Finder Operation (Sonar Models Only)

For models equipped with a wireless fish finder:

  • Turn on the fish finder unit.
  • Deploy the wireless sonar sensor into the water. It will transmit data wirelessly to the fish finder unit.
  • The LCD screen will display depth (2-120ft), fish location, and other sonar data.
  • Features include anti-clutter, white backlight LED, remote reception up to 100m, width detection, distinguishing big fish, and exploring muddy water.

7. Maintenance

  • After each use, clean the boat hull and propellers to remove any debris, weeds, or fishing line.
  • Ensure all compartments are dry before storage to prevent corrosion.
  • Store the boat and remote control in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Remove batteries from the remote control and fish finder if storing for extended periods.
