5. Setup Guide

5.1. Charging the Boat Battery

  1. Connect the boat battery to the provided USB charging cable.
  2. Plug the USB cable into a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
  3. Charge the battery for 6-8 hours until fully charged. The charging indicator on the cable will change (refer to cable instructions if specific).

5.2. Installing Remote Control Batteries

  1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
  2. Insert 4 x AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment securely.

5.3. Loading Bait

  1. Open the covers of the left and right bait containers on the boat.
  2. Fill the containers with your desired bait (max. 2KG total).
  3. Close the covers securely.

5.4. Attaching Hook and Line (Anti-Unhooking Design)

  1. Utilize the rear hook container for easy placement of your hook and line.
  2. This design helps prevent the fishing line from winding during deployment.

5.5. Powering On and Pairing

  1. Place the boat in the water.
  2. Turn on the power button on the boat.
  3. Turn on the power switch on the remote control.
  4. The boat and remote control should automatically pair. The remote control's LCD display will show connection status.
  5. Perform one-click automatic calibration as shown in Video 1 (0:29 mark) for optimal navigation.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Basic Navigation

  • Use the Left and Right Roller Wheels on the remote control to steer the boat.
  • The boat features dual powerful motors for effective movement against wind and waves.

6.2. Cruise Control

  • Press the Fixed-Speed Cruise button on the remote control to activate cruise control.
  • The boat will maintain a constant speed in a straight line, freeing your hands.

6.3. GPS Fixed-Point Cruise (40 Positioning Points)

  • The V020 GPS model utilizes a Beidou/GPS dual satellite positioning system.
  • You can set up to 40 positioning points.
  • From the starting point, the boat can automatically cruise to a pre-set destination.

6.4. Automatic Route Correction

  • The built-in automatic balance system corrects yaw, ensuring the boat drives straight even in windy or wavy conditions.

6.5. One-Click Baiting

  • The boat features a triple bin design, allowing independent control of each bait container.
  • Press the corresponding bait release button (1, 2, 3, or 4) on the remote control to release bait at your desired location.

6.6. Night Fishing Features

  • The boat is equipped with high-brightness LED front lights and turn signals to improve visibility and identify navigation direction at night.
  • Some versions (e.g., Yellow) feature a self-illuminating design that glows in the dark after absorbing light during the day.

6.7. Safety Features (Low Battery & Lost Signal Return)

  • Low Battery Alarm: When the boat battery is low, the boat lights will flash, and the remote control will emit an alarm sound, prompting you to recall the boat.
  • Lost Signal Return: If the boat loses signal or exceeds the 500-meter control range, it will automatically return to its starting point.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the boat and remote control with a clean, dry cloth. Ensure no water or debris remains in the bait bins or motor areas.
