Button Functions:
- DC Power Input Port: For connecting the USB charging cable.
- 3.5mm Headphone Jack: For connecting wired headphones.

Setup
1. Charging the Player
The HOTT CD711T features a built-in 1000mAh rechargeable lithium battery, providing approximately 8 hours of playtime on a full charge.
- Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the DC Power Input Port (1) on the player.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (5V 1A recommended) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator on the LCD display will show charging status.
- A full charge typically takes a few hours.

2. Inserting a CD
- Slide the "OPEN" switch (3) to open the CD compartment lid.
- Carefully place a compatible CD (CD, CD-RW, MP3, CD-DA, WMA) onto the spindle, ensuring it clicks into place.
- Close the CD compartment lid firmly until it latches.

3. Connecting Headphones
- For wired listening, plug the 3.5mm stereo earphone into the 3.5mm Headphone Jack (2).
4. Bluetooth Pairing
The HOTT CD711T supports Bluetooth version 4.2 for wireless audio output.
- Ensure your Bluetooth speaker or headphones are in pairing mode.
- On the CD player, press and hold the Bluetooth button (M/EQ button, which also functions as the Bluetooth button) for approximately 30 seconds.
- The player will automatically search for and connect to nearby Bluetooth audio devices.
- Once connected, audio will be routed wirelessly to your Bluetooth device.

Operating Instructions
1. Basic Playback
- Power On: Press the "Power On / Play / Pause" button (6).
- Play/Pause: Press the "Power On / Play / Pause" button (6) once to play or pause.
- Stop/Power Off: Press the "Pause / Power Off" button (5) once to stop playback. Press it twice to power off the device.
- Next Track: Press the "Next / Forward" button (7).
- Previous Track: Press the "Previous / Back" button (12).
- Fast Forward/Rewind: Hold down the "Next / Forward" button (7) or "Previous / Back" button (12) during playback.
- Volume Adjustment: Use the "Volume +/-" buttons (13) to increase or decrease the volume.
2. Sound Effects (EQ)
Press the "Selects Sound Effects (M/EQ)" button (8) repeatedly to cycle through different sound modes:
- Normal
- BBS (Bass Boost System)
- Pop
- Jazz
- Rock
- Classic

3. Anti-Shock Protection (ASP)
The player features an Anti-Shock Protection (ASP) function to prevent playback interruptions during movement. This function is typically enabled by default. To toggle it, press the "ASP" button (10).

4. Playback Modes (MODE)
Press the "MODE" button (9) to cycle through different playback modes, such as repeat one, repeat all, random play, etc.
5. MP3 Directory Selection (DIR)
When playing MP3 CDs, use the "DIR" button (11) to navigate and select different folders or playlists on the disc.
6. Key Lock Function (HOLD)
Slide the "HOLD" switch (14) to the ON position to lock all buttons. This prevents accidental button presses during transport. Slide it to OFF to unlock the buttons.
Maintenance
- Cleaning the Player: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the player. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Cleaning the Lens: If playback issues occur, use a specialized CD lens cleaner disc to clean the optical lens. Do not touch the lens directly.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the player regularly, even if not in use for extended periods. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Disc Handling: Always handle CDs by their edges. Keep discs clean and free from scratches, dust, and fingerprints.
