1. Product Overview

The Inrico S200 is a robust 4G LTE Network Radio designed for reliable communication. Featuring an Android 10 operating system, a touch display, GPS functionality, and a powerful 4000mAh battery, it serves as both a walkie-talkie and a smart device. It supports Push-to-Talk (PTT) applications like Zello and offers dual camera capabilities, a flashlight, and a loud speaker.

2. Setup Guide

2.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure you have the Inrico S200 device, battery, antenna, USB cable, and power adapter.

2.2 SIM and TF Card Installation

1. Remove the battery cover on the back of the device.
2. Locate the two SIM card slots and the TF card slot. The device supports two SIM cards.
3. Insert your SIM cards into the designated slots.
4. If desired, insert a TF (microSD) card for expanded storage.

2.3 Battery Installation

1. After installing the SIM/TF cards, insert the 4000mAh battery into the battery compartment, ensuring the contacts align.
2. Replace the battery cover, pressing firmly until it clicks into place.

2.4 Antenna Installation

1. Screw the antenna clockwise into the antenna port at the top of the device until it is secure.
2. The device comes with colored rubber rings (e.g., blue, green, orange, red) that can be placed around the antenna base for easy identification of individual radios or partners' radios.

2.5 Powering On/Off

1. To power on, press and hold the power button (usually located on the side or top) until the Inrico logo appears on the screen.
2. To power off, press and hold the power button, then select 'Power off' from the options on the screen.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Basic Device Operation

• Touch Display: The S200 features an intelligent touch display for navigating the Android 10 interface.
• Volume Control: Use the dedicated volume up/down buttons on the side of the device to adjust audio levels.
• PTT Button: The Push-to-Talk (PTT) button is located on the side. Press and hold it to transmit voice messages in compatible applications.
• SOS Button: An orange SOS button is located on the top of the device. Press it in emergencies to activate pre-configured alerts.
• Flashlight: The device includes a built-in flashlight. Refer to the Android interface for activation.

3.2 Using Zello PTT Application

The Inrico S200 comes with Zello and other PTT applications pre-installed or available via the Google Play Store. To use Zello:

1. Open the Zello application from the home screen.
2. Sign up or log in to your Zello account.
3. Allow necessary permissions for Zello to access media and device functions.
4. Join channels or add contacts to start communicating.
5. Press and hold the PTT button to transmit your voice. Release to listen.

3.3 GPS Functionality

The device has built-in GPS/AGPS/BDS for location tracking and navigation. This can be integrated with dispatch center software for real-time monitoring and location sharing.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Charging

Charge the device using the provided USB cable and power adapter. The USB port is located on the side of the device. Ensure the limited charge voltage of 4.35V is respected.

Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Do not immerse the device in water as it is not fully waterproof (rated IP54 for splash resistance).

4.3 Battery Care

• If using an external headset, ensure it is properly connected to the M5 style earphone port.
