1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Sothing Electric Water Dispenser. This portable and automatic water pump is designed to provide convenient access to drinking water from various bottled water containers. Featuring one-key control and a long-lasting battery, it is an ideal solution for home, office, or school use. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

2. Safety Information

  • Do not immerse the main unit in water or other liquids.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Use only with normal temperature purified water or drinkable purified water. Do not use with hot water or other beverages.
  • Ensure the charging port is dry before connecting the charging cable.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. Contact qualified personnel for service.
  • Avoid exposing the device to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

5. Setup Guide

  1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the water dispenser using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the dispenser's charging port and a suitable USB power source (e.g., phone adapter, power bank). The indicator light may show charging status (e.g., red for charging, off/white for full). A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides over 90 days of use.
  2. Attach the Silicone Hose: Insert one end of the food-grade silicone hose firmly into the inlet port at the bottom of the dispenser.
  3. Prepare Water Bottle: Open your bottled water (compatible with 3L-18.9L bottles).
  4. Install the Dispenser: Place the Sothing Electric Water Dispenser securely on top of the bottled water, ensuring the silicone hose extends into the water. The dispenser is designed to adapt to mainstream bottled water types.

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Dispensing Water: Press the one-key control button located on the top of the dispenser to start water flow.
  2. Stopping Water: Press the one-key control button again to stop the water flow.
  3. Indicator Light:
    • White Light: Indicates normal operation or fully charged status.
    • Red Light: Indicates low battery. Please recharge the device.

The water output rate is approximately 1.4L/min, ensuring quick and efficient dispensing.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
  • Hose Cleaning: Periodically clean the silicone hose by running clean water through it or by detaching and rinsing it thoroughly. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Recharge when the low battery indicator (red light) appears. If storing for an extended period, charge the device every 3 months.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the dispenser in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

8. Troubleshooting

10. User Tips

  • For optimal performance, ensure the silicone hose is fully submerged in water and not touching the bottom of the bottle, which could restrict flow.
  • Keep the charging port clean and dry to prevent damage and ensure efficient charging.
  • The 30° water inclination angle is designed for convenience; position your cup or container appropriately to avoid spills.
  • While the battery life is long, it's good practice to charge it overnight occasionally to ensure it's always ready when you need it.
