5. Setup Guide

  1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the water dispenser using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the dispenser's charging port and a suitable USB power source (e.g., phone adapter, power bank). The indicator light may show charging status (e.g., red for charging, off/white for full). A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides over 90 days of use.
  2. Attach the Silicone Hose: Insert one end of the food-grade silicone hose firmly into the inlet port at the bottom of the dispenser.
  3. Prepare Water Bottle: Open your bottled water (compatible with 3L-18.9L bottles).
  4. Install the Dispenser: Place the Sothing Electric Water Dispenser securely on top of the bottled water, ensuring the silicone hose extends into the water. The dispenser is designed to adapt to mainstream bottled water types.

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Dispensing Water: Press the one-key control button located on the top of the dispenser to start water flow.
  2. Stopping Water: Press the one-key control button again to stop the water flow.
  3. Indicator Light:
    • White Light: Indicates normal operation or fully charged status.
    • Red Light: Indicates low battery. Please recharge the device.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
  • Hose Cleaning: Periodically clean the silicone hose by running clean water through it or by detaching and rinsing it thoroughly. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Recharge when the low battery indicator (red light) appears. If storing for an extended period, charge the device every 3 months.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the dispenser in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
