The device features a digital display for real-time voltage (V) and current (A) readings. LEDs indicate the status of overvoltage (>U), undervoltage (<U), and overcurrent (>I). The power open/close indicator shows the device's operational status.

3.2 Button Functions

  • M (Setting Key): Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter parameter settings. After modifying, press and hold for 3 seconds to save.
  • Up Arrow (Increase Value): Used to increase the value when setting parameters.
  • Down Arrow (Decrease Value / Manual On/Off): Used to reduce the value when setting parameters. After exiting settings, a short press can manually turn on or off the load. If the automatic fault reset function is off, this button can be used for manual reset after a fault.

3.3 Parameter Setting

To adjust parameters:

  1. Press and hold the 'M' button for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode.
  2. Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to navigate through parameters and adjust values.
  3. Press and hold the 'M' button again for 3 seconds to save the changes and exit.
  4. If no button is pressed for 60 seconds in setting mode, the device will automatically exit without saving.

4. Maintenance and Safety

4.1 General Maintenance

Regularly inspect the device for any visible damage or loose connections. Ensure the operating environment is within the specified temperature and humidity ranges.

4.2 Safety Precautions

  • Installation and maintenance must be performed by qualified electricians.
  • All electrical connections must comply with appropriate safety standards.
  • This product does not have an isolation function. Always disconnect the main circuit breaker (MCB) upstream of the protector before performing any maintenance or inspection.

4.3 Disposal of Electrical Waste

All electrical waste should be disposed of in compliance with current WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations. Do not dispose of with general household waste.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Device not powering on: Check the rated supply voltage and ensure it matches the device's requirements (AC220V L-N). Verify all connections are secure.
  • Incorrect voltage/current readings: Ensure proper wiring and that the device is correctly configured for your system. The device uses true RMS measurement.
  • Frequent tripping: Review your parameter settings for overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent. Adjust the operation values and action delays as needed to match your load characteristics.
  • Device not resetting after fault: Check if the 'Fault reset' parameter is set to 'ON'. If set to 'OFF', manual reset via the Down Arrow button is required.
  • Noisy or humming operation: The device is designed for quiet operation. If you experience noise, check for loose connections or consult support.
  • Compatibility with 120V systems: This device is designed for 220V AC (L-N) systems and is not compatible with 120V.
  • Outdoor use in winter: The operating temperature range is -20°C to +60°C. Ensure the ambient temperature remains within this range for reliable operation.
  • Compatibility with inverter motors: The device uses a relay for operation, which generally works well with inverter-driven electrical motors.
  • Settings not saved after power loss: The device is designed to retain settings. If settings are lost, contact support.
