Setup

1. Power Connection

  • Connect the AC power cord to a standard 230V ~ 50Hz wall outlet. The unit will power on and the display will light up.

2. Battery Backup Installation

For backup power during outages, install batteries:

  • Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit.
  • Insert two (2) 1.5V AAA/R03/UM4 batteries (not included), observing the correct polarity (+/-).

3. Setting the Time

Once powered, the display will likely flash. To set the current time:

  • While holding, press the "HR" button to adjust the hour.
  • Press the "MIN" button to adjust the minute.
  • Release the "TIME SET" button to confirm. The time is displayed in 24-hour format.

Operating Instructions

1. Adjusting Display Brightness (Dimmer)

  • Press the "DIMMER" button (or similar, often represented by a sun icon) repeatedly to cycle through different brightness levels for the LED display.

2. Setting Alarms (Dual Alarm)

The M-150Cr features two independent alarms (Alarm 1 and Alarm 2).

  • Press and hold the "ALARM 1 SET" button. The alarm time will flash.
  • Use the "HR" and "MIN" buttons to set the desired wake-up time for Alarm 1.
  • Press "ALARM 1 SET" again to confirm.
  • Repeat the process for "ALARM 2 SET" to configure the second alarm.
  • To activate/deactivate an alarm, press the "ALARM 1 ON/OFF" or "ALARM 2 ON/OFF" button. An indicator light will show if the alarm is active.
  • The alarm uses a buzzer system.

3. Snooze Function

  • When an alarm sounds, press the large "SNOOZE" button (usually on top of the unit) to temporarily silence it. The alarm will sound again after a few minutes (typically 9 minutes).

4. Sleep Function

The sleep function allows you to fall asleep to the radio, which will automatically turn off after a set period.

  • While the radio is playing, press the "SLEEP" button repeatedly to select the desired sleep timer duration (e.g., 10, 20, 30, 60, 90 minutes).
  • The radio will play for the selected duration and then automatically turn off.

5. Nap Function

The nap function sets a short alarm without affecting your main alarm settings.

  • Press the "NAP" button repeatedly to select a nap duration (e.g., 10, 20, 30, 60, 90 minutes).
  • The alarm will sound after the selected nap duration.

6. Radio Operation (FM PLL Radio)

  • Turning On/Off: Press the "RADIO ON/OFF" button.
  • Tuning:
    • Automatic Search: Press and hold the "TUNE +" or "TUNE -" button. The radio will scan and stop at the next strong station.
    • Manual Tuning: Briefly press the "TUNE +" or "TUNE -" button to adjust the frequency step-by-step.
  • Saving Presets (20 FM Presets):
    • Tune to your desired station.
    • Press and hold the "PRESET SET" button. The preset number will flash.
    • Use the "PRESET +" or "PRESET -" buttons to select a preset number (1-20).
    • Press "PRESET SET" again to save the station to that number.
  • Recalling Presets: Briefly press the "PRESET +" or "PRESET -" buttons to cycle through your saved stations.
