Setup and Operation

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the ML100. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the device and a USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours and provides up to 14 hours of playback.

2. Powering On/Off

• Power On: Slide the Power On/Off switch to the "ON" position. The LED indicator will light up.
• Power Off: Slide the Power On/Off switch to the "OFF" position. The LED indicator will turn off.

3. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

1. Ensure the ML100 is powered on.
2. The device will automatically enter pairing mode (LED indicator will flash). If not, press and hold the Play/Pause/Bluetooth Pairing button for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode.
3. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and search for "ML100".
4. Select "ML100" to connect. The LED indicator will turn solid blue once successfully paired.

4. Connecting to Audio Equipment

Use the provided 3.5mm audio cable or metal adapter to connect the ML100 to your desired audio system (car AUX port, home stereo, wired headphones, etc.).

5. Dual Connection

The ML100 supports connecting to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. After pairing the first device, put the ML100 back into pairing mode and connect the second device. This allows for easy switching between audio sources and managing calls from either device.

Troubleshooting

• Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source using the USB charging cable.
• Cannot pair with Bluetooth device:
  1. Ensure the ML100 is in pairing mode (LED flashing).
  2. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your source device and it's within range.
  3. Try clearing the pairing list on the ML100 by pressing and holding both Volume + and Volume - buttons for 5 seconds.
  4. Restart both the ML100 and your source device.
• No audio output:
  1. Check if the ML100 is successfully paired and connected to your audio system via the 3.5mm jack.
  2. Ensure the volume on both the ML100 and your audio system is turned up.
  3. Verify that the correct input source is selected on your audio system.
• Poor audio quality or disconnections:
  1. Ensure there are no obstructions between the ML100 and your Bluetooth source device.
  2. Move closer to the source device to reduce interference.
  3. Check for other wireless devices that might be causing interference.
  4. Ensure the ML100 is fully charged.
• Does not support LDAC codec: The 1Mii ML100 supports AAC but does not support Apt-x or LDAC codecs. If your source device uses these codecs, it will default to a supported codec like SBC or AAC.

Maintenance

• Keep the device dry; do not expose it to moisture or extreme temperatures.
• Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.

User Tips

• For optimal sound quality, ensure your audio source device is also using a high-quality audio output.
• When using in a car, consider plugging the ML100 into a USB car charger for continuous power, especially on long drives, as it can be used while charging.
• Utilize the dual connection feature to seamlessly switch between your phone for calls and a tablet for music during travel.
• If experiencing any lag or connection issues, try resetting the device by clearing the pairing list and re-pairing.
