  1. Prepare Components: Unpack all components and ensure you have the front panel, middle frame, back panel, screws, fast charging board, output banana socket, illuminated button, input power cord, and fan.
  2. Install Fast Charging Board: Carefully place the fast charging board into the designated second card slot within the middle frame.
  3. Connect Wiring: Connect the output banana socket, illuminated metal button, input power cord, and fan to their respective interfaces on the fast charging board. Refer to the internal wiring diagram for correct connections.

  • Short Press: A short press of the ON/OFF button will turn the CNC power supply on or off.
  • Long Press: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to switch the power-on state. This allows you to configure whether the device powers on automatically (ON) or remains off (OFF) after a power cycle.

6.2. Display Information

The digital tube display provides real-time information:

  • When no mobile phone is connected for charging: The TYPE-C port display shows the voltage, and the USB-A port display shows the temperature.
  • When a mobile phone is connected for charging: Both the TYPE-C port and the USB-A port displays will cycle through showing voltage and current.
