8. Troubleshooting

  • Fuzzy Corners/Edges: This is a common characteristic of single LCD panel display LED projectors due to their display technology. It is not considered a defect. For critical applications like office presentations, this type of projector may not be ideal, but it is well-suited for watching movies.
  • Dust in Projector: LED projectors are not always fully dust-proof, and dust may enter the projector during transportation or use. This is not a quality problem. If you encounter this, please refer to the manufacturer's instructions or contact support for guidance on cleaning.
  • High Noise Level: Higher brightness in LED projectors can sometimes lead to increased fan noise. While a lower-power fan might reduce noise, it could also impact brightness and heat dissipation.
  • No Image/Signal:
    • Ensure the projector is powered on and the correct input source (e.g., HDMI IN, File Browser) is selected.
    • Check all cable connections (HDMI, USB) are secure.
    • If using screen mirroring, ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and the mirroring function is activated on your device.
  • Image Distorted/Not Rectangular:
    • Adjust the focus wheel for sharpness.
    • Use the automatic vertical keystone correction or manually adjust horizontal and multi-angle keystone settings in "Projection Setting" to correct image shape.

9. User Tips

  • Optimal Performance: For the best experience, consider the 4GB RAM, 32GB ROM version of the projector for smoother operation and more storage.
  • Tripod Compatibility: The projector includes a standard tripod mount, allowing for flexible positioning and stability.
  • Battery Life: The built-in 9000mAh battery provides approximately 2-4 hours of use, making it great for portable entertainment. It can also charge external devices like your phone.
  • Dark Environment: While the projector has 500 ANSI lumens, projecting in a darker environment will always yield the best image quality and contrast.

10. Warranty and Support

The Vivicine P10 Smart 3D Mini Projector comes with a 1-Year manufacturer's warranty.

For any issues or support inquiries, please contact the seller or manufacturer directly. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself, as this may void your warranty.
