4. Setup
- Power Supply: Insert 4 AAA batteries into the battery compartment. Alternatively, connect the monitor using a micro USB 5-6V adapter (not included).
- Connect the Cuff: Unpack the cuff and securely connect its air tube to the air jack on the side of the blood pressure monitor.
- Positioning: Sit upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Ensure your arm is resting comfortably on a table, with the cuff at heart level.
- Apply the Cuff: Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, ensuring the bottom edge of the cuff is 0.8-1.2 inches (2-3 cm) above your elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger. The cuff should be snug but not too tight.

5. Operation
- Start Measurement: With the cuff correctly applied and you in a relaxed position, press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate, and the measurement will begin.
- Reading Results: Once the measurement is complete, your Systolic (SYS), Diastolic (DIA) blood pressure, and Pulse (PUL) rate will be displayed on the LCD screen.
- Memory Function: To view previous readings, press the MEM button. You can cycle through stored measurements for both users.
- User Selection: If using dual user mode, ensure the correct user profile is selected before taking a measurement to store data accurately.
- Power Off: The device will automatically power off after 1 minute of inactivity. You can also manually turn it off by pressing the START/STOP button.
