2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety warnings before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

  • This product is intended for use with children's electric ride-on vehicles only.
  • Ensure the receiver is correctly installed and secured within the vehicle.
  • Always supervise children when they are operating the electric vehicle.
  • Do not expose the receiver or remote control to water or extreme temperatures.
  • Use only the specified battery type (AAA 1.5V) for the remote control and ensure correct polarity.
  • WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including phthalates (DEHP), which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

3. Setup and Frequency Matching

Before first use, or after replacing the batteries in the remote control, you must match the remote's frequency with the vehicle's receiver.

  1. Install Remote Control Batteries

Open the battery compartment of the remote control. Install two AAA 1.5V batteries, ensuring correct positive (+) and negative (-) polarity. Close the battery cover. The indicator light on the remote will flash three times, confirming correct battery installation.

  3. Power On Vehicle

While the remote's indicator light is flashing, turn on the power button of the electric ride-on vehicle. The remote control's indicator light should turn off, indicating successful frequency matching.

  4. Troubleshooting Pairing

If the matching frequency is unsuccessful (the remote's indicator light does not turn off), turn off the power supply to the vehicle and repeat steps 2 and 3.

4. Operating Instructions

Once the remote control is successfully paired with the vehicle's receiver, you can control the electric ride-on car.

  • Forward/Backward: Use the directional buttons (usually up/down arrows) to move the vehicle forward or backward.
  • Left/Right: Use the directional buttons (usually left/right arrows) to steer the vehicle.
  • Speed Selection: Some remote controls may have buttons to adjust the speed settings (e.g., slow, medium, fast).
  • Emergency Stop: Look for a dedicated "P" or "Stop" button on the remote for immediate halting of the vehicle in emergencies.

Always ensure a clear line of sight to the vehicle and operate within a safe range to maintain control.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the receiver and remote control with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace remote control batteries when the indicator light becomes dim or the remote's range decreases. Always use fresh AAA 1.5V batteries.
  • Storage: Store the receiver and remote control in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
  • Inspection: Periodically check the wiring connections to the receiver for any signs of wear or damage.
