Note
No audio input in the connected state, 10 minutes to enter the hibernation state, 60 minutes to turn off the power automatically. Wake up from hibernation: Wake up from hibernation automatically with audio input or by clicking the power button.Low Battery Reminder: When you hear the low battery tone and the red light flashes, please charge the headset in time. Wireless and 2.4GHz modes will not work during the charging process.

If you want to go back to 2.4GHz mode, press the power button twice and you will hear a tone saying ‘USB Mode’

Connecting Two Devices

  1. Turn on the headset and plug the USB dongle into the PC to connect.
  2. Double-click the Power button to switch to wireless mode and connect to HB02 on your phone.
  3. Double-click the Power button to switch back to USB mode. When connected to your phone, you will receive call notifications.

Managing Two Devices

Switching Sound Sources
When both the mobile phone and computer are connected, double-click
The Power button to switch between wireless connection and 2.4GHz
USB dongle.

Answering Two Calls

  1. While on a call on the computer, if your mobile phone rings, click the Power button to answer the mobile call.
  2. During a mobile phone call, you can’t switch the audio source to the computer. Mer hanging up, the audio will switch back to the computer automatically.
  3. When you receive a call reminder on the computer, click the Answer/Reject icon on the computer. While on a mobile call, If YoU receive a chat Invitation on the computer after hanging up, you can switch the audio to the computer.

  1. Please charge the headset with 5V/0.3A standard adapter or via the USB port of PC;

Wireless mode:

  1. Check whether you’ve set the headset as the default recording device.
  2. Check If the microphone has been turned off.

  1. Check if there are other obstacles which affect the transmitter.
  2. lf intermittent sound occurs when you are communicating. Check whether the network of your device works smoothly.
  3. Check whether you’ve set the headset as the default recording device.
  4. Check whether the headset Is In the lowest volume setting.

Can’t Connect to Devices

  1. Check whether you used a USB Extension Cable or USB Hub. It is not recommended.
  2. Plug directly into the USB jack of the device’s host.
  3. Try to replace a USB jack. (Some USB jacks may experience a power shortage.)
  4. For PC, it is recommended to plug into the USB jack at the back of the host.
  5. For PC, press and hold the power on button for more than 5 seconds (the red and blue light flashes to enter the search), and then release the button when you hear Power On and Pairing.
